This condo was recently renovated by us so we could see the ocean from the bedroom. It is on the third floor (no elevator). It is up four sets of stairs. It has parking space for two cars. It is a modern unit. It is quiet here away from the Pier and the Park.

The first bedroom has an open floor plan to the living area. It does have curtains to close of the space, but no privacy wall. We installed new chocolate espresso kitchen cabinets, chrome granite countertops, with chrome faucets, new pewter maple flooring, a fireplace, new tile in the entryway and bathroom, new lighting, new windows, curtains and blinds. The condo has stainless steel kitchen appliances.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and looks out to main the living area to capture views of the ocean, Palace Playland and the fireworks. It has an air conditioner. The second bedroom has three twin beds and a large closet, fans but no ac. There is one full bathroom but, no washer and dryer at this time.

Sunset Terrace overlooks Memorial Park. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the fireworks over Palace Playland on Thursday nights. The ocean is behind the Playland and is visible from the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. This building is one street away from Orchard Street so it is walking distance to the beach, the Pier, the Playland, all restaurants, and the shops. It has two parking spaces.

  • Studio bedroom is not soundproof. We removed wall so we could see the ocean view from the bedroom. We have curtains hung for privacy that can be closed at night. This room has a small dresser, two end tables with drawers, and a closet with lots of hanging space.

Beautiful condo in a great location

I just came back from vacation and couldn't have been more pleased. This condo was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and was very clean. My husband and I are clean freaks and were so happy with the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the center and the beach. Beautiful ocean view and we watched the fire works right from the living room window. The owner kept us informed on when the condo was ready and we were able to check in a few hours early. We arrived and found I note from the owner and were greeted with fresh cinnamon rolls. What a nice touch ! We will definitely be renting again.

Ticks All the Boxes!

Tracy is an excellent host with an immaculate space. This is an open concept, modern apartment with excellent views. Exceptionally clean, stocked space. As described with two beautiful bedrooms: one bedroom with two twin beds and another with a full bed that is separated from the kitchen/living area by heavy curtains. This space is so close to the pier and ocean that you can hear the sounds of the carnival at night through open windows. The train is also very close and audible. This was ok for the getaway that we were looking for, but something to be aware of. Overall, an exceptional space with a considerate host. Excited to recommend to friends and revisit next year!

Very Modern and High End!

You will not be disapointed if you decide to rent this unit. The furnishings are quality, high end and modern. The appliances are top quality and the cabinets are soft close and all of the counters are quartz. The beds are not your usual cheesy coverings...no velvet blankets or sleeping on plastic sheets. The beds are so comfortable- memory foam mattresses and the pillows are new, fluffy and extremely comfortable. The unit is on the third floor and the view is spectacular...got to watch the full moon coming up over the water, very special. The place was very clean when we arrived and very well stocked with the towels in the bathroom and dishes and utensils for the kitchen. It even had a gas fireplace that added to the ambience as well as throw out a lot of heat. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to book this rental again...it also has two parking spots for extra convenience. There certainly are many "bottom of the barrel" units to rent in Old Orchard Beach: this certainly was NOT one of them!!! If there were any questions it was very easy to contact the owner and the response time was almost immediate.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Our family of 6 rented this place for a week's vacation. The location was ideal as we could easily walk to where the action was in Old Orchard. The beach was fantastic, lots of excitement and energy for our children, ages 7, 9, 11. Close enough to take train or drive to Freeport, Portland and Kittery.

The condo itself is high end, extremely clean and every detail thought of. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us and really well thought out in its layout. We highly recommend this place!

Nothing more magical than walking in and seeing the rides & ocean!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved this condo! The pics were right on, but the view was simply amazing. If we come back to Old Orchard Beach, we'll definitely try to stay here again.

Thank you for choosing to stay in our condo. We have attempted to make the condo comfortable and clean for your stay. This is our newly renovated home so we ask you to treat it carefully.

Wifi internet instructions are on the TV stand in the living room.

We recommend unlocking the door and placing the key in the lockbox during your stay so that is does not get locked inside the unit.

You have been allotted two parking spaces labeled 9 for condo unit 9. Please do not occupy other spaces in the parking lot or the owners will call the tow company at your expense. There is metered parking spaces on Staples Street for your guests.

We require that our guests keep noise contained to our unit and respect the interests of others at the property. We request that you obey all applicable laws regarding the use of alcohol and legally controlled substances.

We are happy to thoroughly clean the condo, however we ask that you wash and put away any dirty dishes before you leave and take out any excessive or smelly trash. Please leave the key outside in the lock box when you leave.

Check-out is at 11 am. Please text me your intended departure time so we can drive-up to clean. If you are running late, please notify me so we are not waiting awkwardly outside. It takes us 3 hours to clean before new guests can check in at 3 pm; often times guests arrive early and want to check-in before we are finished, so if you know you are leaving before 11 please make sure to send me a text. That would be helpful.
