Lido Breeze - 1/2 Block From Beach - Piscine privée

Bienvenue au Lido Breeze dans la magnifique ville de Sarasota en Floride. Cette propriété de vacances dispose de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains et demi. 8 couchages confortablement avec un lit king size, deux lits queen size et deux lits jumeaux. Il y a la télévision par cùble disponible dans chaque chambre, ainsi que dans la salle familiale et sur la véranda couverte. Une connexion Internet sans fil avec une connexion par fibre optique est fournie.

Avec une piscine privée, la véranda couverte est de plus de 400 pieds carrés avec un vrai bar tiki, une machine à glaçons, un réfrigérateur et un évier.

La maison est à un demi pùté de maisons de la plage et à six pùtés de maisons de St. Armand's Circle avec une trentaine de restaurants.

Un dĂ©pĂŽt de 450 $ est requis Ă  l'avance pour sĂ©curiser la maison et remboursĂ© dans les dix jours ouvrables aprĂšs le dĂ©part Ă  condition qu'il n'y ait aucun dommage. Cela peut ĂȘtre envoyĂ© par la poste ou par virement bancaire.

Grate place to stay

The house was perfect for my family. Great amenities pool was great and relaxing. Just a5 min walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurant. We will definitely be going back.

We had an entire family stay teens and a special needs nine year old. The kids had a blast. Place was clean and had all essentials. Easy to clean up. Location optimal to beach and shopping center. Everyone responsive. Even sweet Ms. Joanne showed up and brought us a wine key at nine PM because we were missing ours. Good sweet people. Simple and beautiful.

Excellent location central to Lido Key. Walkable to St Armand’s circle and to the beach. Great backyard pool and covered tiki bar! Great spot for our family, plenty of space and gathering areas. Would definitely return!

Stayed here for a family vacation. Backyard was my favorite part. The location was key, a block to the beach, and close to many restaurants and shopping.

Large Patio with a Pool ... Wonderful Trees

Spotless, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the patio, eating, reading, using the pool, taking a nap, many times me lying on a chaise lounge looking up at a palm tree. Wonderful setting !!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. One block to the beach and about 1/2 mile from St Armand’s Circle. Or stay right at the home and enjoy the heated pool! Everything you need for beach/play is provided for your use! My family and I had an incredible week in Lido Key!

Great Place to Relax

Lido Key is a special place and this home is a great place to stay. The outside back patio is top notch. The hosts have really optimized the indoor space. It’s clean and organized with everything labeled. Really made the stay effortless and they had great communication.

Tropical Storm Debby Did Not Get Us Down

Beautiful property. Very considerate owners. They had everything labeled and the owner maintained communication and checked in on us because Tropical Storm Debby made us be stuck indoors for 3 days. Fortunately they have a big pool with pool activities and we loved the backyard setup! Thank you for our incredible and amazing experience.

Total Relaxation

This place checks all the boxes. The house has everything you need - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, but the pool and lanai take the cake. My whole family just loved it. The beach and St. Armand’s Circle are both very short walks. We will definitely be back!

This property is everything it advertises and more! The pictures do not do it justice. It is really a home away from home, in a quiet beach town, 100 steps from the beach and great people to work with that manage the property. We are defiantly going back!!!

Comfortable and relaxing

We had great weather so the covered outdoor living space was where we spent the majority of our time, very nice. Four bedrooms made it nice for us to have family and friends to stay with us and the outdoor space served very nicely as a great gathering place. Only minor disappointment was no outdoor grilling, other than that a very nice place. Thanks Bill.

Lido Beach House Christmas 2021

House location is awesome, half a block Lido beach and a short 10 min. walk to St.Armonds Circle. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, soap, TP, kitchen ware etc. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The outside backyard pool/tiki bar space is a dream. The only thing that would have been nice would have been access to the bbq, however that was not a deal breaker by any means.
