Great Location to everything! Spectacular sunset and white water views of the ocean surf & Del Mar Fairground /Race Track....Perfect for June Fair rental, 4th of July and Race season.
Very spacious, fully furnished 3 bedroom plus extra room serves as an office/tv room/den/bedroom. 2 bedrooms with privacy toilet areas. Half bath on 2nd floor at living room. Large outdoor decks and sliders to enjoy ocean breezes, outdoor views and dining! Upgraded bathrooms and kitchen with newer appliances. Hardwood/tile and carpet throughout. 2 car garage with full size washer & dryer.

Perfect for Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day. Long term work stays. Tenant will pay utilities. Contact us for flexible/availability options.
