About Ruth Brocko
Long-time residents of Colorado, John and Ruth both attended university in Boulder and met through friends after completing degrees in engineering and geology. Work keeps us in the Denver area much of the time, but retreating to the mountains is always appealing.
Ruth Brocko purchased this Condo in 2014
Why Ruth Brocko chose Keystone
Skiing has been a major part of John's life and now plays a big role for all of us with both children taking ski lessons. We can ski all day or stop over for a few runs and still have time to do other activities. We enjoy the summer weather during hikes and biking around Summit County. Summer festivals, music at the Frisco amphitheater, and time with friends fill the days we spend in Keystone.
What makes this Condo unique
We love that a hiking trail is just steps away. It is convenient to Keystone's base area, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Information on Keystone Festivals available: http://www.keystonefestivals.com/

Wonderful cozy condo. Stay Here!
Ruth, What a great little place you have. Perfect for a couple. All the things in the kitchen I needed and the heated bathroom floors were really nice. Everything worked just as it should, owner communications were perfect. Netflix and Wifi connection were simple. It's cozy, so plan on that but I would not hesitate to stay again. Nice touches here and there.
Great all around.
Nice place that in centrally located with many amenities. Very clean and easy to find. Great communication by the owners.
We are happy you enjoyed your stay! We like to know what to expect when we stay somewhere, so we try to make directions and information clear. (It helped that you asked questions that were specific to what you wanted to know). We're always happy to answer questions - sometimes we learn more about Summit County, too.
Clean and well-stocked cozy mountain cabin
We enjoyed our stay very much. All the supplies and furnishings were clean and in good order. Ruth even provided travel size shampoo for the shower. The property was quiet and we had no trouble finding parking. We were skiing during our stay here, and it is just a short drive over to Mountain House at Keystone.
Family Ski Vacation
Had a wonderful time at this property. The Out door hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Condo was stocked with all the essentials. We look forward to booking again.
Good location for all skiing locations, very convenient
Clean, well appointed kitchen, heated floors were awesome, perfect for 4 adults
Super cozy...close to everything!!
My sister's and I loved our stay!! Cozy, very clean!! Bedding well supplied....kitchen had basic spices so if you are a foodie...pack well😉.
We are so glad you enjoyed the condo. We don't keep a comprehensive collection of spices, we do try to keep them fresh (replaced with new from Penzey's in July). The basics are covered, but specialty spices (like saffron or spice mixes) would need to be purchased or brought..
Thanks for the feedback!
1 mile to Keystone Conference Center
