Beach Stay in February!

Property was better than expected - perfect views of ocean and great location. So close to Barefoot Landing and great restaurants as well as the fact that it's oceanfront and gorgeous views.

Bob and Debbie's condo at the Margate Towers is a wonderful relaxing vacation rental. The beds are super comfortable, they provide all the comforts of home and you can not beat the view.

Best Vacation Ever!!

This was an incredible place. The room was perfect. My wife and I were amazed at the size of the room. For the price, we have never stayed anywhere better. We will definitely come back to this resort

This two bedroom oceanfront condo was perfect for our trip with our adult son. the condo was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. the only recommendation I would give the owners is to replace the mattress in the second bedroom.

Our condo was quite comfortable. It was very clean and nicely decorated . One issue we had was quickly resolved. The ocean front deck was awesome ! I would recommend this two master suite condo without hesitation!

Best Balcony, Great Vacation with family, Wonderful beach, location, and condo. I will come back!

Exceptional clean condo, Great Balcony, to sit enjoy a drink, snacks play games and have an amazing view and sound of ocean. Great Amenities, Safe, Fun, Nice location, with many restaurants and activities to do within a short driving distance. And the Balcony is amazing. The improvements that would make it even better are, handheld shower head in both showers, room darkening curtain in master bedroom , and a working ice maker and water dispenser in frig.

Worth every penny!!!

My parents, myself and my son have been to Myrtle Beach many times BUT this is first time we have EVER truly enjoyed our accommodations. This condo is very spacious, modern and clean and the view on the oversized balcony was priceless. The bathrooms were spacious and the beds felt great. There are 4 TVs in the condo, which meant we could all watch what we wanted to watch. I would recommend this condo to everyone!!

Great Location!

The communication from the property management company was frequent and thorough. It made the check-in process easy as there were details about the overall property/Kingston Plantation, security gate, parking, where to enter the building and how to get keys. The condo is clean and looks like the pictures. It's nicely laid out and spacious. I did not have cell phone coverage from either AT&T or Verizon, but the wifi was easy to access and seemed strong. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping (outlets) and the airport. Housekeeping found a forgotten item and the property management company called immediately to make arrangements for pick up, which was much appreciated.

The kitchen had a roach problem. Roaches were also spotted around building at night and early morning. This apartment is not cheap. When you pay that money you don’t expect a pest problem. Really ruins your whole trip. No partial refund or compensation was offered from management company. Will never go back.

A Must Stay!

I was a little skeptical about renting this property only because I'm paranoid about booking things online and through a third party. However I am glad that I decided to take the leap forward and rent this property. The pictures and descriptions doesn't really do it justice. I truly enjoyed my stay It was quiet It was spring break weekend although not for the students in that area It was still a good place to stay. It was very clean, well taken care of, spacious, and did I say clean. Considering the pandemic cleanliness was a must for me and I wanted to feel safe and comfortable. Convenient to everything good parking and kind staff. This property checked all the boxes for everything I needed and wanted. I would definitely return.

Great place to vacation

I have golfed/vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 20 years. Margate is the best in my opinion. Great location to Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's. Margate is always clean and well maintained both inside and out. Pools and hot tub are always clean. Units are always well furnished. Very much enjoyed Debbie & Bob's place!

Beautiful condo and great location

I am 43 years old and have been going to Myrtle Beach since I was 4. I have stayed in a number of places during that time, anywhere from 21st Ave N to the Windy Hill section of NMB. I absolutely loved the location of this condo and Kingston Plantation in general. It is so well maintained and offers many amenities. It was a bummer not having access to the water park on-site and losing the umbrella and chairs on the beach but the cleanliness and location of the condo made up for it. The rental process, everything from booking, paying, and checking in/out, was super easy. The condo building is so quiet and not over crowded. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. I loved being on the 16th floor. The balcony is the best. We enjoyed breakfast at the gorgeous wrought iron table and didn’t see our neighbors. The views are spectacular and the elevators ran well so you didn’t have to wait long for one. I have been in condos where they seemed to take forever. This was one of our best MB vacations. We would love to come back!!
