Great experience. Close to everything. Easy to work with. Rare find that allows overnight and not 2 day stay minimum. Very clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Tawnya is SO responsive and her cute condo was playfully decorated for Christmas! We brought our gifts and celebrated with a nice prime rib. We took a holiday walk along the golf course as it was unseasonably warm! We appreciated our respite time at the condo! Great shower products, too!

The host was a good communicator, clear directions. We were able to check in earlier which was so appreciated. The place itself was clean and in good condition. Parking was easy.

Quiet and cozy

Nice condo, fully furnished with everything you would need. There in late June. Weather was hot and humid, so condo was stuffy with humidity. Electric was off for five hours over first night. Not the fault of property owner. Fans in the bedrooms would help with air circulation during Summer months. Overall, nice condo. May be more pleasant in Fall/Winter months.

Hiking and relaxing in wintergreen

Very cute condo. Loved the decor. Updated bathroom. Helpful to have a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed having a fire in the fireplace & playing some games. Can’t wait to come back & stay longer.

Great little getaway!

Perfect price, location, and cutie home to get away and have a place to warm your toes after a day of skiing. The best part was how responsive and accommodating the host was! Would definitely book here again!

Warm, homey condo decked out for the holidays

Ty helped me out of a bind when I needed a quick overnight rental for my visiting family. She responded in minutes and her lovely home was not only 100% as advertised, but also decorated for Christmas. Bonus!

Can't go wrong.

This condo is 10 out of 10. The property manager was attentive to any questions that I had. Plus the unit had just been remodeled and they did a great job. Very comfy, plenty of room and great views. I will definitely keep this one on my list for a return visit when ski season roles around.

Five-star property!

My family of four plus a teen friend went to Wintergreen for a quick overnight to get in a couple of days of skiing. This condo was on the resort, a short drive from the main resort inn. The property itself was very clean, everything was operational, it was cozy and cutely furnished, and the kitchen had everything we needed (we didn't cook much, but could have without a problem). The loft area was great for our two teens, the main floor bath was lovely (great shower!), and the beds were comfy, too! Communication with the host was easy and good. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay there again. We've stayed at a good number of VRBO properties and this is definitely a five-star one!

We only stayed one night on our way north. The condo was very comfy. Plenty of room for the three of us. Easy access. We had a great dinner on property at The Edge.

Cute and Clean

Very clean, updated, and well equipped. Property was as described and owner was very responsive. Owner pinged let us know we could check in a little early and out a little late, which was super nice. Check out was easy - standard VRBO stuff and less than some places we've stayed. We enjoyed the hiking trails, July 4th weekend activities, and used the paths to walk over to the main resort building. (Note - those paths have stairs etc so not accessible for all). Loft is a little warmer than downstairs but with open windows and fan it was comfortable, even in July. I didn't have cell signal at the condo so suggest downloading info (and wifi password) before you arrive.

Too many expectations

The property is a little run down. The bathroom toilet lid needs to be replaced. The volume button on the remote to the downstairs tv doesn’t work. The gas fireplace upstairs doesn’t work. There isn’t any dry firewood or fire starter to build a fire. The entire house is hot except for the living room where the only AC unit exists. It took us 30 mins to connect the Roku stick to the upstairs tv and set up Netflix. The property owner initially tells you that you need to take the trash out of the condo the day you depart. However, she will message you several times later (the night before check out and the day of check out) adding additional duties such as loading all used dishes in the dishwasher, taking linens off all the beds, bath towels and putting them all downstairs. Why pay a cleaning fee if you have to do chores didn’t your vacation? That’s what the fee is for so you as the guest don’t have to worry about cleaning up. If you stay in the winter time yI would won’t get hot but the summer months will be brutal in the house especially the attic/upstairs bedroom. Even with the windows open the house is unbearably hot. There are no windows upstairs. Also, the head board upstairs is lose and dangerous near your head. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for all the money that it costs.

Had a wonderful stay

A decent place to stay with family if you are visiting wintergreen. It's close to activities such as Skiing, Tubing e.t.c. Aquatics & Spa at walkable distance and also are many view points and trails. The amenities in the condo are great and well furnished as well. My family of 4 and my inlaws had a very comfortable stay.
