This lovely home is located on a large wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac in Sedona. It is private with breathtaking views in all directions. New pickle ball courts are free, and 3 min. from the house!!!! If you book 30 days or more you can save the hotel tax. The home features vaulted ceiling, sky lights, open floor plan, fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room, granite counter tops,, kitchen island , beautiful walnut floors throughout, and elegant spacious bathrooms. The master bath has a Jacuzzi slipper tub , two vanities, separate toilet room, and a large walk in steam shower. The deck runs the length of the home with access from full glass doors from the master bedroom, living room , and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and a gas grill on the deck with pizza stone. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing station. You have access to WI FI, SMART TV, DVR player, Stereo, Blue ray disc player. Enjoy the spectacular sun sets every evening while listening to the fountain on the spacious, private deck. You have all access to the amenities of this custom built home inside and out!! Being is West Sedona will allow you to experience the peace, beauty and tranquility of Sedona. From the home you can walk to hiking trails. You are a 3 min. drive down the mountain to grocery stores and great restaurants on 89A which will take you any where in Sedona!
