Beautiful Custom Home Steps Away From Red Rock Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. This was the second year that we stayed at this beautiful home. Nestled at the end of a quiet, secluded dead-end street, just feet from the Sugarloaf trailhead, you are immediately welcomed by a clean, well-appointed home, inviting you to relax and soak up the Sedona vibe. All the touches that you require for your stay, including my favorite, the radiant heated floor! We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Sedona and our stay!

We literally could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Many times, I worry that I’m sacrificing hospitality and amenities by booking a home and not a resort, but this felt place was the best of both worlds. The attention to detail (everything labeled, water stocked to the brim (even some frozen), water shoes available, the coffee bar fully stocked, the book guide to the area, etc) was so very appreciated. So many extra blankets and towels and pillows. They had everything I needed for my baby, too. The location is stellar, right by sugar loaf trailhead. We easily navigated to all parts of Sedona. I am so grateful we chose this place and I would absolutely come here again and again.

We had the most excellent stay in Sedona! This home was one of our favorites- we would give it more stars than 5! Beds were comfortable- everything was clean. The home was well equipped with kitchen supplies, laundry, games and more.Hot tub was a delight after a day hiking. We also enjoyed a game of cornhole and sat around the gas fire pit out back. Although we didn’t use them, watershoes, hiking sticks, backpacks,coolers and camp chairs were available in the garage. We were a five minute walk from the Sugarloaf hiking trail which was a beautiful morning hike. Safeway is just up the road for groceries.
