South Seas Beach Villa 2313 es un condominio de vacaciones de alquiler muy bien renovado y de lujo ubicado en el complejo de South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas. Nuestro amplio condominio de un dormitorio / un baño cuenta con una cama tamaño king muy cómoda en el dormitorio y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Hay una cocina completa, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana grande y una terraza privada con mosquitero para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana o un cóctel por la noche. La vista directa a la playa mira hacia el Golfo de México y el área de la piscina. Si bien no tienes acceso a las comodidades del complejo, aún tienes acceso a las piscinas de la asociación, al tenis (de pago), a las parrillas de barbacoa y a la playa. Incluimos sillas de playa, un paraguas y toallas de playa. Hay muchos restaurantes a las puertas del complejo que son opciones maravillosas y tiendas a las afueras del complejo.

We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the AC and the bedroom comfort. We are glad the AC was working well, and we appreciate the suggestion regarding a bedroom fan to help with airflow. Regarding the laundry facilities, we are disappointed to receive a lower rating based on this, as we aim for total transparency in our property descriptions. We do clearly disclose in our listing that the laundry room is available for a fee. This is a common setup in some of our coastal complexes to keep overall nightly rates lower for guests who may not need those specific services. We take a lot of pride in our "no surprises" approach to hosting, so it's a bit disheartening when a clearly stated policy impacts a guest's overall impression. We truly enjoyed having you and hope that, laundry aside, you had a relaxing stay on the island.

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.

Loved it all! The condo was located exactly as I had hoped. The beach was very close and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The Osprey out side the lanai. Pelicans, Dolphins, and lots of other birds. Wonderful!

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.
