Great place. Downstairs master bedroom appears to have a water leak in floor or wall. The floor was wet.

Overall good

We stayed here for a ski vacation at Seven Springs. Great location-- quick drive to the resort or you can take the free shuttle. House overall was good and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One frustration we had was that the keypad to the ski locker was dead so we could not use it to store our ski stuff.

Comfortable and cozy

Very comfortable stay. Had everything we needed. Nice touches with beautiful Christmas decorations and good lighting. included an easy to use fireplace. Good TV and Soundsystem. Was able to cook and serve a nice Thanksgiving breakfast for our family staying nearby.

Family visit

My wife and I retired to Florida from Somerset County so this was a great location for us to spend 2 weeks and have family come to visit. Mark was a great host and his home was very welcoming. All necessities were supplied and everything in the house was in great working condition.

Needs Thorough Cleaning

All the places that I have stayed want you to clean the refrigerator out. Not this place. In fact when I opened the refrigerator door, the fridge was full. There were hard boiled eggs cracked and rotten, spoiled milk, butter that I have no idea how old it was. The inside of the fridge stinks! We threw away the eggs and milk. Someone needs to clean out the refrigerator. The shower in the master bedroom had used bars of soap in the shower stall. Gross! While the location was good, I would not stay here again. I think they need to do a deep cleaning of the place. There was old food (bagels) and opened bags of chips left in the drawers.

Great stay

Girls getaway for a beauty expo at Seven Springs...this was the perfect place to stay. Just enough room and cheaper than staying at the lodge! Cute place. Would stay again!

Great Get-away

Had a wedding to attend at Seven Springs. This was a great alternative to the hotel rooms at the resort! Lots of space, and everything you need.

Wedding Weekend

We attended a wedding at Seven Springs Resort and the location was wonderful. The condo was very clean, comfortable and everyone had plenty of room. It was so nice to walk in and see that it was decorated for the holidays.

Ski Weekend

Great last minute ski trip over Thanksgiving! Was fun seeing all the Christmas decorations up and the shuttle to/from the lodge was a breeze. The temperature control definitely runs warm, especially upstairs. Lots of space for our family of 4!

Bridge weekend

There was a strong odor from possibly a dog visiting the condo. There was also a musty odor on the lower level where the bedrooms are. These are things that could be improved. We did enjoy the weekend with our friends

Nice - Great Value

Nice condo - exactly as described. We only found the instructions to we never used. tart the items we determined needed to be from the checkout instructions. The check-in notes were buried in basket with remotes. Well supplied condo - only real issue was controlling temp properly. Thermostat in lower level meant the upstairs was ultra-warm and lower level chilly. Maybe if the check-in instructions had been more readily available, they might have provided a hint as to how to better manage that. BTW, I put the check-in notes on fridge next to checkout instructions.

By far the most comfortable place we have ever stayed and we have rented properties all over the USA and Europe. The home was very clean plus there was sweeper and wet mop to clean up if needed, extra towels, not the usual one per guest, sharp knives , and plenty of cooking utensil’s. Highly recommend this condo nestled in the beautiful mountains do Pennsylvania. Pool available and close to numerous activities for entire family. Thanks for sharing your home with us .💕

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed the having a quiet, comfortable place to stay in the Laurel Highlands. The beds were comfortable and the condo was attractively decorated. Everything worked well (wi fi, a/c, etc.). We enjoyed the back deck and pool. We had to scout around a little to figure out how a few things worked, like how to open the sliding glass doors or where the pool pass was, but it didn't take too long. Some of the towels were a bit old, but there were plenty of them. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again.

great little get away

This is the Third time renting this condo. It is very well stocked with just about everything you need. The beds are very comfy. We had a great family get together long weekend.

Girls Trip

This was a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the pool. We would be happy to stay here again.
