This quiet and chic apartment ( 40 square meters ,430 square feet )is situated along the Luxembourg Gardens , in the heart of the left bank , closed to many universities .10 minutes by feet to boulevard Saint Germain and the famous "Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots ". Also many museums , café and restaurants ,art galleries ,bookshops are around . From this charming address , you can walk to most of the Parisian sites .You will have the choice to make your visits with a Velib , metro or bus that are easy to find around .

Very cute, excellent location next to the Jardin du Luxembourg, wakling distance from Latin Quarter.Food shops all around including a small super market open until 9pmAll as described. Kitchen , living room,, separate bedroom, etc..We had an wonderful time

We had a great experience with Caroline’s apartment! The location is incredible (we were literally about a 5-minute walk from our RER train stop, from the airport), and just steps from the Luxembourg Gardens. Caroline is an excellent communicator, so check-in was easy, and she was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very quiet & the bed is extremely comfortable. The elevator is efficient but very small—one person and one piece of modest luggage per trip, like many Paris elevators.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Loved this apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Luxembourg Gardens and transit systems. It was clean and well furnished. Caroline was a very pleasant host and she provided a booklet of important information including restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend this apartment for other couples.

Outstanding flat for those who love the 6th arrondissement. Half block from Luxembourg Garden and Blvd St Michel. Clean, sharp flat in building with spotless and beautiful common area. Near the park

We enjoyed our stay. Caroline was a good communicator, and the apartment was comfortable, with especially good closets and storage space. It is quiet and very close to the Jardin du Luxembourg. There are good shops and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Amazing spot, right next to Luxemburg park

My family really spend a few days at Caroline's place, communication was great, host was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the location of the apartment, since we have stayed in the area before. The apartment was very very clean, only necessities and no clutter in the apartment, which we greatly appreciated. The place is located right in the heart of Paris, we loved every single minute spend there and would love to come back.Thank you,From Russia with love

Perfect, cozy apartment with every convenience. The apartment has beautiful large windows that offer lots of natural light. The newly renovated kitchen provided everything that we needed, including a washing machine and other items as described. The apartment is on the fourth floor with both a circular staircase and a charming elevator. In spite of the cold, damp weather, the apartment was warm and very comfortable. The location just at the southern tip of Jardin du Luxembourg is amazingly quiet and was just a short walk to all of the best museums, food, and shops.Caroline, our host, was warm and welcoming. She met us at the apartment, even though our flight was late, and gave us a tour as well as explained the use of the kitchen's offerings. She gave us great and helpful advice and welcomed us back for a future stay. We certainly would stay in her place again!

A very nice property half a block from the south end of Luxembourg Gardens. Caroline was a wonderful host and great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a classical French building and there is a small elevator if desired. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything necessary. Would definitely recommend and use again. 5 stars.

Perfect location next to Luxembourgh garden and walking distance from most sites we wanted to visit. Beautiful weather, awesome monuments, castles, churches, museums, food, street-side dining. It was a trip of a lifetime for my granddaughter and me.

Feel Like a Local

The apartment gave us the perfect opportunity to live in a beautiful neighborhood and walk to markets and restaurants and tourists attractions. The central location is close to bus and metro.Our host was responsible and accommodating. The apartment had everything to make us feel at home and come and go with ease, home for a rest from seeing attractions, and back out to walk. The neighborhood and building were super quiet.We look forward to going back and staying longer.

It was a perfect place to stay ! Caroline was amazing and greeted us in person and gave us a tour and introduction to the apartment. Fantastic, well set up apartment in a great area of Paris.

Loved Caroline’s apartment

Very nice apartment with separate living, eating and sleeping areas. All the comforts of home. Caroline was very responsive and an extremely nice person. The area was convenient to metro and walking distance to busy Latin Quarter. We would definitely stay there again.

Very well located and comfortable

We spent nine days in Paris staying in this very well located and comfortable apartment. We greatly appreciated the fact that Caroline, the owner who speaks excellent English, lives in the building and was on hand to assist us on arrival and during our stay till the very last moment. It is our hope that we can return to Paris and stay in this apartment again... and again!

Wonderful place

Wonderful light, bright and warm place to stay while exploring Paris in the winter. My family (3 adults) had a great 8 night visit. Host was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries, also had a great list of shops, bakeries, delis, restaurants, etc.. Comfortable bed (2 people) and couch (1person), complete kitchen and nice living space to enjoy while taking a break from seeing the city. Quiet at night. Close to public transportation.

This apartment was exactly as described, and thus, impeccable: clean, warm, cozy, quiet, lovely, and in a great pocket of Paris. (The added bonus for us is that it's just a kilometer from close friends.) Caroline was quick, clear, and responsive from the moment we inquired about booking, and she was prompt, intuitive, and kind regarding questions—even on Christmas Eve! We can't wait to go back. Well equipped apartment in the center of Paris

Nice apartment in quiet central neighborhood. Great location a couple of minute from Luxembourg metro station. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, standing shower. Close to all amenities ( 2-3 minutes walking) like grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, a bunch of restaurants, cafes, etc Location is unbeatable. The same metro line from CDG airport as well as Gare du Nord. Walking distance ( about 25-30 minutes) from Ile de cite , notre dame and Louvre. As well as Eiffel Tower ( about 40 minutes). But you can take bikes, busses or metro. Check in / check out was a breeze. Owner answers all questions and makes sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We absolutely loved it!

Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! Our hostess, Caroline met us on arrival and made check in easy. She was available in the building if we needed anything, but we never did since the apartment had all the essentials. She also had great suggestions for local restaurants and shops. The building was in a great location and area was very safe and secure. Close to everything, but tucked away on a side street and very quiet for sleeping. We would love to stay here again!

Fabulous Location and perfect little Paris apartment...

We absolutely loved this little, stylish, comfortable, perfectly equipped, light and bright apartment. We stayed here for the full 13 days we were in Paris. The location could not have been more perfect- less than a half block to the Luxembourg Gardens. We walked to the Seine, to the Louvre, to the Cluny, etc. Caroline was very organized and made us feel welcomed. I will hope to stay here again when I return to Paris in the future.

Why they chose this property

The location of the apartment was of course the main reason .Inside , It has been created in a very simple way . Designed in a mix of contemporary and charming style , clear and easy to work with . It is on an upper floor , which gives the light that is sometimes missing in Paris .
It is located in a quiet building in a popular arrondissement . Easy access to the metro , buses, and Velib system.Walking distance to most of the popular sites in Paris.
There is one bedroom , separated from the main room , and also a real kitchen where you can lunch . Bedclothes and linen are provided .

What makes this property unique

The apartment has been recently renovated and we try to well maintained it .
A feeling of country side , at the end of the day when returning through the garden du Luxembourg.
Very appreciated after a full day visiting !
Lots of restaurants around ( many ideas in my welcome book )
The apartment can also be great for students or people working during day time .
