Fantastic property

Warm pool and rocket launches were exciting. Lots to see and do in the area. Perfect base for enjoying the beach in comfort.

Wonderful location, beautiful views!

We loved our week long stay at Deans place! It was so relaxing and exactly what we thought it would be! Close to restaurants and things to do by the pier, but far enough away that it felt more private! Great pool area! Master bed very comfy, and you can’t beat the balcony view!!! Thanks for an amazing stay Dean!

Great Vacation

This was our first time in Cape Canaveral and we chose a great condo to spend our week. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. They were doing some work to the balconies but we knew this before we arrived. They even gave us a discount because we couldnt use the balcony during the day. Great place to stay. We will be back.

FAMILY VACATION

We had an amazing time! We have never been to Cape Canveral before this trip and this trip was so amazing that we have decided to make this our new vacation spot. The condo was fabulous. My kids cried on the way home this morning because we had to leave. We can't wait to come back.

Excellent accommodations!

Our unit at Cape Winds was perfect. It was clean, had more than adequate dishes, glasses, pots/pans. Of course the view is to die for! We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. All were new and in great shape. Kelsy at StayInCocoaBeach was a gem to work with. We would only use StayInCocoaBeach for future bookings.

Great condo in Cocoa Beach!

This is a wonderful condo in cocoa beach/cape Canaveral. The ocean views from the balcony are breathtaking! We could see the Kennedy Space launch pad from the balcony! The condo is right on the beach only steps away. This was very convenient as my son has mobility issues. The beach was clean and not crowded at all while we were there. Amanda and Taylor were great and quick to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Updated for sure. View of the ocean, amazing! Lack of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Balcony floor could have been cleaned better.

We had a great time in the unit. It is centrally located with easy access to everything in the area

Michel was very easy to work with and answered all my correspondence very quickly. As many have said the unit is in need of some updating, but it was very clean and had most everything we needed. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels though, the ones in the unit are pretty small and worn(the bath towels were fine). The view and beach access made it well worthwhile.

Updating Furniture

The property was in a good location and the views were great. The inside could use some TLC. Example is the sofa is a light color which was stained and very discolored, so much my kids would only sit on it with a blanket laying down. Updating the furniture a bit would go a long ways.

Absolutely Stunning!

This condo was all we had hoped it would be. The views are to die for, the condo itself is immaculate with beautiful decor, and Dean was really great at answering questions and responding to us. The deck was my favorite place to sit and eat breakfast and relax. I also fell asleep on the deck lounge chairs listening to the waves crash a few nights while we were there :) The location is perfect as well. We loved eating at our favorite bar (Sandbar) then walking back on the beach at night. The condo is close to everything while being far enough away that you can escape it all if you want. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for relaxing on the beach one day and spending the next at Disneyworld. The only downside was the walk was a little farther to the beach than we expected based on the photos. There were restaurants and a great grocery store nearby. We had trouble getting the wi-fi to connect so the owner came by to help. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. There were beach chairs and toys available in the closet. One nice offering was the safe provided for valuables. The owner was friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Our vacay was relaxed and beachy. We would recommend this vacay unit as a great place to get away.

OK for the Price and Location

The check-in process was smooth, and the condo smelled and looked clean. The finishes were nice. The views from the top floor were gorgeous and waking up to the sunrise every morning was our favorite part. The property manager responded quickly when we had a question. Plenty of both bath and beach towels were provided. The beds for the most part were as comfortable as condo beds could be. There were ample paper towels, trash bags, hand and dish soap, and dishwasher detergent provided. There were some things shown in the listing not seen on the property like the area rugs in the living area and the additional high-top seating on the balcony. There were some general signs of wear and tear, and the appliances were dated but functional. The sofa bed needed to be vacuumed before use as there were lots of crumbs on it, and it would have been good to have a mattress protector on it. The items provided for the beach were fantastic and in top condition. However, for a 2-bedroom condo, 4 beach chairs and a second umbrella would have been more suitable. The bathrooms were newly updated but could have used towel hooks or rings - anything to hang more than one towel, especially in the master bathroom. The quick access to the public beach walkway with a private rinse off area was a nice bonus. The condo elevators, while nice to have for moving in, both had delinquent notices in them for overdue inspections which made us nervous. Overall, nice condo for the price and location.

No Penthouse

They tell you this is a penthouse, this is basically a top floor unit that is not updated in anyway. The pictures are definitely deceiving. The nice thing is the view and the master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Other than that the bathrooms are very small the showerheads are horrible, there is no tub stopper and there’s no sink stoppers so anything can fall down them, the curtains are definitely not working out well for this sunrise unit. There is never a time where it’s blacked out and they don’t even reach the floor. Both sliding glass doors do not lock which felt very unsafe. They do not have screens on them and the patio has a wonderful view, but it is filthy with bird poop And looks like it’s never been cleaned or mopped. there are barely any cooking supplies in this unit so be prepared to buy, baking pans, etc. by the pictures, I was very excited about this so-called penthouse that was updated when arriving and looking at everything it was very disappointing for the price. I would not recommend staying here for the Price and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The elevators are not air-conditioned on one side where the pool is it’s like getting in and out of a prison with keys on the other side there’s absolutely nothing you can just walk right in and this building is obviously pretty old. You cannot have drinks or any food in the pool area at all. The showers to wash off sand did not work. The beach was nice and not overcrowded. Feel ripped off

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our first stay at Cape Winds. The amenities offered were nice to have, such as the tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts. The pool/hot tub were also nice. There were a few things not working: sauna, one elevator, no hand soap in bathroom by pool, and the lights out on the courts. Overall, the place was maintained and the view from our balcony was beautiful.

Christmas Vacation

Unit was beautiful, but the most fantastic part was the balcony view. It has an oversized balcony, which we spent many hours watching the sunrise, cruise ships sailing, and having many cocktails!! It is a little further from the action in Cocoa beach, which is preferable. Very quiet and not many people on the beach. The master bedroom had a king size bed which had a memory foam mattress and was extremely comfortable. A few VERY minor things, only 2 beach chairs, and Netflix wasn't working on living room tv, other than that it was perfect. Hoping to rent this unit again next year.
