2018年に完全に改装され、2018年11月にレンタル可能になった真新しいバケーションレンタル1階の家「NO STAIRS」 VACAカット経由

この1階、4ベッドルーム3 1/2バスハウスには、あらゆる種類の家族/友人の集まりに十分な睡眠オプションがあり、ハンディキャップも利用できます。

いくつかの車両用の十分な駐車場、さらにはボートトレーラー用の部屋もあります。

フロアプランは、すべての部屋がメインリビングルームエリアに接続されたオープンプランです。 すべてのベッドルームには、「スマート」な薄型テレビが備わっています。 リビングルームに大画面テレビがあります。 4つのベッドルームのうち3つには、個人の温度設定に適した独自の「三菱」エアコンが装備されています。

ラナイで大規模な屋外スクリーニング、40'x 20 'の大きさで、シンク、着席エリア、食事エリアのある外側のバーエリア飲料用のフルサイズの冷蔵庫、漁師用の小型ベイト冷凍庫もあります。

This was our second stay at Craig's property and absolutely can not wait for our next visit! We take yearly family vacations with our boys and both sets of grandparents. We could not ask for a more fun, family friendly, comfortable, safe environment for everyone! Our 4yr old is autistic so safety and peace of mind is #1 priority. This house is top notch in regards to safety! All doors have multiple locks and alarms, the pool gate has a latch he can't reach and there are no stairs he can throw himself off of (except the 4 or so going to the dock) and the grandparents also appreciated very much not having to climb stairs! The pool is amazing.. the beach like entry was much safer for the littles and the grandparents! The hot tub was fantastic, and everyone loved hanging out in the pool grotto and huge tiki hut out of the sun! The dock on the canal is not far off the back porch and we caught many fish, and spotted so many more! We even got visited by a 4-5ft nurse shark who swam directly beneath our faces while we were watching the giant lobsters poke out under the dock! What an experience! The house is great, the main bedroom is huge, and even with a king bed it was big enough to add our son's twin size safety bed! The main area is comfy, open, and allowed everyone to interact no matter who was doing what.Craig is also top notch! Both times we stayed he was next door working on his other 2 houses.. he's a great human, and prioritizes his guests needs 100%! 10/10 Recommend!

Absolute dream vacation home. Not too fancy, very comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Property is quite large with wonderful pool and spa. So many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather of the Florida Keys. Boat dock is easy to maneuver in and out from. Fresh water to rinse off boat and equipment. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for entire group we traveled with. Beds were comfortable. Clean and inviting. Hope to be back.

Feels like home!

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! It’s perfect for our family. From the spacious living area, to the gorgeous pool and convenient dock for our boat. We love every bit of it. We’ll be back again!

The property is amazing. The owner thought of all aspects to make the overall experience wonderful. Each bedroom has its own climate control. The ice machine outside made it a breeze loading coolers and just basically filling drinks for seven people. The exterior of the house is beautiful and well maintained. My family spent most evenings in the heated pool. The dock area is set up for both boats and just getting in the kayak for a nice relaxed afternoon. The owners were very helpful and informative. My family and friends loved everything about the property. We WILL be staying here again.

Beautiful Backyard

Beautiful property! Conveniently located in Marathon Key. The backyard/pool area was amazing! The mature trees around the property allowed for privacy and a relaxing, retreat from the world kind of feeling! We loved it so much, we rarely left the house! The host was easy to communicate with and we are already planning a return trip!

My family and I had the most amazing time together at this home while on vacation. 10 of us comfortably stayed here for the week and had a blast. Great location! We even paddle boarded and saw manatees in the canal. Great pool and hot tub. If you are looking for a wonderful house, this it! Craig was great in answering all questions and was so helpful. Thanks for sharing this home with us,it made our experience in the Keys perfect.

Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed for another week. My husband was able to fish from the dock, while I enjoyed the sun and pool. The pool is absolutely beautiful and private - true paradise. The house suited all of our needs. We hope to come back next year!

Marathon stay

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation to the keys! Plenty of space for the whole family. The home and property are beautifully kept. We loved the pool and sandy area for our kiddos and it is in a convenient location to everything on the island. The host was also very kind and helpful leading up to the stay.

New Years in Marathon

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities. Excellent location within the keys. We were able to visit Key West and Key Largo with short drives. Highly recommend. Lots of privacy with beautiful vegetation.

Perfect October Getaway

Three couples was the perfect combination for a stress free, relaxing week. The pool is hands down the absolute best thing about this property!! One hour from Key West, 30 minutes from Islamorada, what more could you ask for? The Turtle Hospital and aquarium were also very hands on and informative, even for adults. Would 100% stay here again.

Grouper Drive Marathon Florida

Our stay was great. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths fit our group of 7 perfectly. The pool and hot tub were used daily and the location is right in the middle of all the restaurants on Marathon. Our host was the best.

This was our second year at the Grouper House. It’s perfect for our group. One of our family members has ALS and this house accommodates his wheelchair needs. House is well maintained and the pool area is heaven.

This house is perfect!

This beautiful waterfront home was the perfect place for myself and my family of 7 to stay. It is fully stocked with towels, cooking utensils, plates Etc. The pool was out of this world! My family swam in it every day and evening. The canal out back was full of wild life and fishing was amazing. The host was very attentive and supportive. You are just minutes from anything you need. Also for someone with bad knees suck as myself, no stairs was very helpful. We will be back ASAP!!
