Pefect for a boating family
This place has everything you need for a boating family. Ice machine, microfridge and bait freezer in the carport are priceless if you will be spending time on the water during your stay. the community is very clean and has all the necessities. We will be back.
We had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Keys! The home, marina, and amenities were as described. We saw more marine life in the marina than on any other trip...manatee, tarpon, shark, lobster, crab and tons of fish. Any communications with the owners were promptly answered. It was a true pleasure!
Thank you for the lovely review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay and were able to meet your expectations! Casa Cayo will always be here for you. Welcome back any time.
Amazing stay at an amazing location!!!!
Not sure where to start here, this was an amazing trip for us. I’ll start with The host, Jennifer. I can’t speak too much about communication because I didn’t need get in touch with her. Everything was just as she described and laid out in a wonderful welcome letter that covered everything we needed to know during our stay. It’s obvious she put a lot of time into making sure her guests are well informed about the townhouse, the marina and the surrounding area. The few times I did email her while booking she was very fast responding and when I inquired about extending my stay (because we didn’t want to leave) she was also very quick with response. Overall, she was a pleasure to deal with. The townhouse itself was amazing! Very well decorated, very clean and very comfortable. There is an ice maker, chest freezer and small refrigerator located in the carport for guests who have fish, bait, etc. This was one of my favorite perks of this townhouse. No late night or early morning trips to gas station to get ice for boat coolers. Her ice machine puts out more than enough to cover anything you might need ice for. The marina here is also top notch. It’s very spacious and I had no trouble at all docking my 30’ boat at the slip. The marina also had a lot of wildlife. While we were there we saw several manatee, plenty of fish including tarpon and one evening there were dolphin in there feeding on a school of mullet and putting on quite a show. The complex is also very nice. It’s very laid back and relaxed and everybody we met was very friendly. I loved this place! I can’t wait to go back, I just returned home but am already trying to plan my next trip there. If you’re thinking about spending time in Islamorada, rent this place and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for helping us have an amazing trip Jennifer!!! Looking forward to next time!!!
We rented this townhome for one week and we were so happy! The location of Futura is perfect! The sandbar, Islamorada Fish Co., Holiday Isle Tiki Bar, and fishing are just a few minutes away! Having the ice maker, freezer and fridge downstairs was a life saver! We spent a lot of time hanging out downstairs playing ring toss because the breeze that comes thru is amazing! The townhouse is beautiful! Everything is new, comfy beds, and huge closets with lots of storage. It was so convenient having the boat ramp right there also! Usually we have to drive to Founders Park and put the boat in (and pay $20) then drive back to where we are staying- The boat slip is right outside your door which was so nice! Every day there was a new surprise next to our boat- manatee, lobster, barracuda, angel fish, tarpon, etc! It was very cool. I am so happy that we chose this rental and we will definitely stay here again!!!!
Jennifer's place was absolutely amazing. It was a fishermans paradise. Came fully furnished and newly renovated, place for docking your boat, filet table, ice machine, deep freezer and mini fridge. The condo was more than expected and made our vacation perfect. We will defiantly be coming back next year!
Very nice property
Also property as advertised- we will definitely be staying there again soon !
