Garden House - in the best place of Santa Teresa!

I am in the best place of Santa, right in Largo dos Guimarães!
I'm small and simple, just a room, a kitchen where I keep a cold beer for you, coffee, tea, some chocolates (I love it ...), a bathroom with hot water, a balcony where you can extend two hammocks and you can relax. will, and a backyard where you can leave your car and see the birds and little birds walking in my trees (they love the blackberries!). Right next to me, there is a little shop that has a great breakfast and acai ;-)

There is a good uncovered space, where you can store about 3 cars, and access, which is independent, occurs through an automated gate. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a balcony integrated into the garden and two annexes: a kitchen and a bathroom, both with access by covered outdoor area that contains mini laundry.
The room is simple and not large. The air conditioning and the internet are good. The nice thing about the house is the balcony with the hammocks, the trees, and having it right in Largo dos Guimarães, which is where everything happens in Santa.
The Garden House is on the ground floor of a house that has been divided into three independent units, the other two have access by another street. It is rented in full and exclusively.
It is next to the police station.
It has security cameras.
Gas and water control stay in the garden, so if you stay for many days, or some emergency repairs are needed, I will need access to the garden, but I will always warn you in advance, trying to go at a convenient time.
60 Mbps of internet hired by the provider, but in wifi it is usually around 40 Mbps.
I do not live in the house and will be there to receive them and I also need to be at check-out time to redeem the key, so we need to arrange a specific time and for times between 23:00 pm and 7:00 a. m consult before booking.
