Located at the base of Peak 9, This is THE closest condo to the lifts within the entire Village at Breckenridge complex. The Quicksilver lift (Peak 9) and ski school are only 1 flight down the elevator or stairs. Watch your kids in ski school right from deck of the condo! Walk to loads of shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. Enjoy incredible views of Breckenridge Mountain from your living room and balconies.

Being Downtown makes the Village at Breckenridge (VAB) the ideal location for a ski vacation, so no need for a car, and if you have one, the elevator takes you right down into the Parking garage.

We would highly recommend renting this unit! Could not have had a better view of our granddaughter in ski school—-it was so nice to sit in the very comfortable living room chair and watch her ski!! Very well stocked kitchen, bedding was wonderful and nicely starched and ironed! Questions were answered very promptly by owner before and after check in along with a personal attendant after arrival from the units. Will book this unit again!!

Last turns of the season

Beautiful place with a great view. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Walking distance to the bus line, grocery store, restaurants and shops. Host was quick to reply with any questions and the property manager was great with communication. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic stay!

Great host! Very attentive and communicated well with us. The apartment is in the place spot possible for ski /ski out. Very spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped. We will definitely stay there again.

Hi! I'm a mom of 5 children ages 9-18. Long ago I was a RN and now focus on my children although always a nurse at heart. We love to ski and thoroughly enjoy Breckenridge, both the mountain and strolling through town.

Why they chose this property

Mountain Heaven! The condo is a stones throw to the base of Peak 9 and it overlooks the ski school which is always fun to watch. Even with 5 kids in tow, walking to Main Street takes less than 5 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The Shavano Building, and especially our condo, is arugably one of the best locations for ski in/out and the proximity to town. The amenities (community center, game room, media room, pool, hot tubs, recently upgraded fitness center, steamiest steam room and hottest sauna around!) in The Village at Breckenridge and the 3 bedroom condo ensure a comfortable stay with plenty to do.
