Great place in a great location

The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space. For our weeklong vacation to North Conway and the White Mountains, the house had everything we needed for our stay, and it was conveniently located near many of the key area attractions.

Peaceful Place

Great for multiple families

The first half of the week I had my two best friends with me and all 6 of our children under 7. The second half of the week I had another friend with her husband and kids join as well as my dad and adult nephew. The house was perfect for all dynamics.

Leaves Were On Fire!

Beautiful place. Plenty of space and everything necessary to make us comfortable was made available to us. Conveniently located. The property is in a serene and quiet setting so it's easy to forget that numerous stores, restaurants, and excursions are just minutes away. Bryan was very helpful, organized, and provided excellent communication. New Hampshire is definitely one handsome state. Live free or die!

A nice house in a great location

We were an extended family of 10, and found the house to be very well suited to our needs. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Located just north of downtown and just off Rt. 16, there was easy access to downtown, Cranmore, and attractions to the north (Story Land, Attitash). The kitchen was extremely well furnished, with way more utensils, pots and pans than the usual rental, with everything being of high quality. Lots of towels and linens. Since the owners obviously spend considerable time at the home, it has cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and many kitchen staples. The only disappointment (minor) was that there was no cable. Netflix was available, as were 100's of movie DVD's for all ages, and a PlayStation. So other than missing the nightly news, it was no big deal not to have cable. We would highly recommend this property!

Great spot

House was great for 2 families. We were 7 total and still loads of space. The separation was great for kiddos a little older to do their own thing. I wish there was more of a yard but other than that fantastic stay and visit, would book again!!

Perfection location for North Conway getaway.

Great property for a family getaway. Loads of room and amenities for all ages. Location is perfect for Storyland and Santa’s Village, hiking and shopping as well. It is also centrally located for skiing in winter time. I would highly recommend this property. On a side note, we had left something valuable behind and Brian made sure it was returned shortly after we realized it was missing.

Great location! We took the kids to Story Land and Santa’s Village. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Very clean and well stocked. Will definitely return to this home!

North Conway is Bear Country

67 ReMoat Trail was a great venue to spend time with the family on vacation, its proximity to downtown North Conway was great, weather was supportive, Saco River trip superb, everything was great. We got a visit from a couple of bear which was entertaining . Rooms were spacious and everyone could have their space if needed . Appliances were superb, plates , glass ware excellent. Only drawbacks, no outside seating for meals, blinds need to be added to main floor bedroom and tightening of toilet in main floor( appeared to rock side to side ) . This would not stop me from renting again, also I can see how great it would be for the fall and ski season. Brian communicated very well and you can see the pride they have in their home. Best of Luck with more VRBO travelers

Comfortable and close to all the attactions!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the wooded retreat. The place is nice and cozy with all the amenities. The best part is its location - with some spots in walking distance! Highly recommended!

Awesome!

Awesome property! We stayed here for a long weekend with our son, daughter, their spouses and three young grandchildren. The property was very clean, up to date, and was equipped with every little thing that you could possibly need. Our grandchildren loved the playroom and we all enjoyed the space and privacy the house gave us. My only complaint is that the house does not have cable only internet television. Thankfully our son-in-law was able to stream the news and programs from his computer. Also, blinds on all the bedroom windows would be helpful. Other than those two small inconveniences, we would definitely rent this property again!

Clean, comfortable and close to everything while still being very peaceful

Clean, quiet and close to everything. This beautiful house was really well stocked with paper products and basic essentials - much more so than a lot of places we have booked via HomeAway. There was plenty of room for our extended family to spread out while still enjoying each other’s company. The house is close to North Conway attractions but tucked away on a quiet street that offers a nice break from the busy downtown area. The owner was very responsive at answering questions prior to our arrival. Our only suggestion would be to insure that all the bedroom windows have blinds as a few of them did not.

Great house on a quiet street close to everything!

This house was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. There were plenty of toiletries, paper towels, kitchen basics, etc... The furniture was comfortable and the home was very clean. The ONLY reason not 5 stars is because the linens need to be improved. Although the beds are comfy, their appearance did not make you want to climb in.

Beautiful home in secluded wooded area.

This house was perfect! Beautiful, exceptionally clean with everything we needed. Great location close to outdoor activities with the family with North Conway minutes away. Our core group was 6 adults and 2 kids but 3 more adults and two kids came on the weekend with plenty of room. We would rent this again in a minute if in the area again!

Beautiful 3-story home with space for three families, very close to town

It's difficult to find a place to host extended family and not kill each other by the end of the week, but this home was perfect. Plenty of full bathrooms (3), enough space between beds and living space to let baby and/or younger kids nap, beautiful kitchen big enough to cook for and seat entire family. Location was fantastic- very close to town, but at north end so we didn't have to slog through town traffic to get to area attractions (Echo Lake, Cranmore, Storyland, etc). Plan to stay here again.

Great House

We stayed in this house for a week this summer and the house worked well for us. The house is new and has plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is great and the little kids loved having a playroom with toys and a train table. The location was ideal for us - just north of the busy part of North Conway but still a close drive. Lots of destinations are close by - Storyland, Cranmore, Echo late, Daina's Bath and many more. The owner was very easy to work with and made sure our stay went smoothly. We would not hesitate to stay in this house again.

The house was Beautiful !!

The kids enjoyed playing with all the toys and games . There were toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook. My only issue were that the beds were not very comfortable but I would book this property again .

A great find!

We had such a pleasant stay at ReMoat! - The house is brand new, very spacious with modern appliances yet has a nice comfy mountain feel to it. We found it very clean on arrival. It has a well equipped kitchen (we cooked every night for 6 people), laundry room, state of the art entertainment system. We had two couples and three kids stay comfortably. - The kids room upstairs was a nice bonus with a train table and many toys for the kids to play with! - The location is very central and a ~10 min drive to North Conway and Storyland - Brian was an excellent host, very responsive and ready to work with us to ensure we had the best time possible A great find!

Perfect Family Vacation Home & Outstanding Owners

My family spent 4 nights in this newly built home in the North Conway area. The house was high end with attention paid to detail. I cannot imagine it not meeting any family's needs. My husband and I traveled there with our 3 youngest children. Two of my older children were able to meet us there. The house was great as it gave our young adult children a private place to sleep and retire to - plenty of baths for all. The location is great for an active family. There were plenty of places to run in the morning. Cathedral and Whitehorse Ledges were minutes away and an easy hike. The Saco River has plenty of rafting and quiet swimming spots. Also, what I particularly liked about the house was the kitchen. When we travel, I always end up taking my crock pot and a chef's knife as they are important to me. It was nice that we did not have to unpack my kitchen items as everything I needed was supplied. If you like organic food, the house is walking distance to a health food store & cafe. The owners of the house were incredible kind and considerate to us. Because of our unique family situation - my Dad was suffering from a sudden, life-threatening condition while we were on the road. I wanted to be closer to his hospital while not canceling our long awaited family vacation for my husband and children. We found the house at the very last moment. The owners were on the road, also, and went above and beyond trying to assist us with booking and getting into the house. They always responded promptly (not true with other owners on VBRO) and did not leave me wondering what was going on with the details. We were pulling a boat and they helped us with the parking. I do truly appreciate the owners' kindness toward my family. They made what was turning a very challenging situation for my family into a memorable, restful time time for us to reconnect and refresh ourselves.

No. Conway modern retreat

We recently spent three nights at this beautiful new home just 1 mile north of the village center of North Conway. The home is brand new (still has that "new home" smell of clean wood, new floors and windows!) with a fully-equipped modern kitchen and 3 full baths. Lots of room to spread out, including 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the three floors. It's only a few hundred feet off the main road in a wooded area so it's in a quiet setting but you can walk to plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We'd highly recommend this home, especially for a family with children or teenagers. it's close to all the major tourist highlights of the area (Cranmore, StoryLand, the Saco and Swift Rivers, Echo Lake, etc.) including great restaurants and shopping venues. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit No. Conway!
