3 bedrooms, 2 bath beach house with a Great view of the Gulf, and is located 200 yards from the beach. Sleeps 8 people and has a built on handicap ramp, Spa & Downstairs Tiki Table. This home has a great deck and is beautifully decorated and well kept. Central heat and air conditioning and all modern appliances and fixtures.

Home includes charcoal grill, outdoor kitchen sink, outdoor shower, 2 water falls, Fountain, patio furniture for your enjoyment. There is high speed internet, DVD, & Home Theater System in living room, YouTube TV in all bedrooms, Den, & Kitchen Downstairs. Just a short walk to the beach, park, pool, & marina. Great Location. West End Marina has many amenities in Sea Isle which include, The Sand Bar, The Ice House, & The West End Restaurant.

Shared Pool Access $100 per Rental, please contact Sea Isle in advance for pool permit.

DIRECTIONS TO DOLPHIN WATCH: 45 south to 61st street and turn right, go to Seawall and turn right. Sea Isle is 15.8 miles ahead. 5 miles past Jamaica Beach. 2nd flashing light is Sea Isle. Right on San Jacinto, Left on Zachary. Dolphin Watch is located on the Corner of Zachary and Kent (21730 Zachary Dr).

We enjoyed our stay a Dolphin Watch immensely! The accommodations were nice, the extras (including tiki bar, bean bag toss, boggie boards) were really appreciated. Plan to stay there again!

Spring Break Getaway

A great location to stay! Close to the beach and the Marina with golf cart access. We frequented the Marina store and restaurants and had plenty of evening hot tub time around the tiki bar. The large yard was perfect for throwing the frisbee, football and playing volleyball.

Beach time!

The house was very nice. This home is one of a few that have handicap access. Short walk or drive to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing sitting outside in the morning with coffee. Landscaping is beautiful!

Great location

Great place for a group of 6. We loved being a 4 minute golf cart ride from the beach and we used the tiki bar and hot tub almost every day. Description of the unit was spot on. You get a lot for your money at this place. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and was very easy to work with. We highly recommend Dolphin Watch!

Excellant place to stay

We had so much fun on this property. Very clean, great outdoor area for barbeques and socializing, very well stocked kitchens with everything you can imagine for cooking. The beds and pillows were so confortable. As my cousin (from Florida) and sisters said this house has a personality. My six sisters and cousin rent a house once a year to spend time together and catch up. I would give this property a five star rating.

Great house

My family and I had a great time staying here! Everything was awesome! I loved that we could cook upstairs and downstairs! The porch downstairs was perfect to hang out on and have drinks. The landscaping was gorgeous! Riding around on the golf cart was fun and very helpful when going to the beach. This trip was in memory of my mom and it was perfect! The owner Kerry was always very prompt and messaged me back every time when I questions. Thanks for everything!

relaxing and very comfortable

I loved my stay very much. The one thing i can say was it was clean and anything i could possibly need was there .I got that house and my other children got another house both handicap accessible should of been as my husband is confined to a chair and he was able to go through most of the house and enjoyed himself very much which at the other house he was not even able to go through the doorway and it had a high threshold .We stayed at the bottom but were comfortable and just loved it ..kudos to the owners and will definitely be looking to rent from them again as this was the best house we rented in our group

A/C - Refrigerator - Ramp and more…

After weeks of planning our summer vacation and deciding to go ahead and pay a little more for a beach house than we originally budgeted for, we chose Dolphin Watch. Unfortunately, this house turned out not to be as awesome as all the reviews posted on VRBO. First day, easy access not so easy. Owner corrected it quickly. At this time, the owner then decides to tell me (not prior to my arrival but only when I texted him/her about the entry code not working) that his/her last renter informed him/her that the upstairs freezer was not freezing. The owner informed me that a Tech was sent out to the property on the day of my arrival however the Tech did not have time to see if he fixed the problem or not. I know exactly how HOT it is in TEXAS however what I can't understand is that we have stayed at numerous beach houses in Galveston over the years with the same temperature and have never EVER had an issue with a beach house staying comfortably cool/pleasant- Ever! I reached out to the Owner, he/she didn't sound to concerned of the house staying at a very warm temperature. Even the "smart thermostat" gave a colling warning. Sent a picture to the owner, he claims it was the heat index. Please don't bring an elderly person to this home, they will not be comfortable. My 16 year old was not comfortable. We didn't use the ramp often, only to bring our luggage upstairs. Alot of loose boards! I'm at my max characters, good luck to you and your family!

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences and issues you encountered during your vacation, however every communication was responded in a timely matter. As for the refrigerator, thank you for confirming ice maker was working properly as we had people checking out on the same day you were checking in... We regret that the A/C did not meet your expectations. We have taken your comments seriously. I would like to highlight that setting the temperature to low temperatures such as “66 Degrees” can cause the lines to freeze. And showed the inside temp at 69 Degrees. We saw record temperatures during your stay in Galveston the weekend of your stay, and do apologize this caused discomfort. You are the fist guest to have much such comments and your feedback— Our maintenance crew have repaired the few loose boards on the ramp as you mentioned. Best to you and your family!

Nice property but some draw backs

There are things we absolutely loved and there are things that we didn't. The first thing you notice when you pull up is the immaculant landscaping. I have no complaints about any of the outside areas except that the decking needs some work (boards needs to be replaced and railing needs to be fixed) but the furniture is nice and you can still see the ocean from the deck plus the deck has really awesome lights. Let's start upstairs! First the front door takes work to open and close. The furniture is nice, fridge is large and automatic trash can are a plus. The dishwasher is really small (like rv style small) and you do not have much counter space in the kitchen except the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware and dinnerware. There lots of seasonings and other things others have left behind. No kid dinnerware or cups so be sure to bring that unless you are good with your child using glass. Also the AC unit takes an extremely long amount of time to cool down the house. The room closest to the thermostat cools very quickly and stays cold. That is the only room that stays cold upstairs. The bathroom and the other room stayed warm to hot. The hot bedroom has a portable AC in it which did blow cool air, but it just never cooled the room until about 12am-9am and then it was hot again. We took a fan and placed it in front of the ac unit which helped but didn't solve the problem. Both rooms upstairs share a bathroom. ONLY 1 BATHROOM UPSTAIRS. Also note there is NOT a bathtub in the house at all, little ones will have to take showers. In the showers there are shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers prefilled. No accessible closets in the house. There is a small area in the hot bedroom to hang a small amount of clothes and canvas storage bins to put things. The other bedroom has a small dresser, but had stuff in half the drawers. The rooms have a google home which is nice. Downstairs house had its own kitchen, fridge, and bathroom. No closest or dresser in the downstairs bedroom, but it did stay cool the whole time even during the day. The hot tub was amazing and we loved the bar and hammock. Locking/unlocking the door and checking in was very easy. There's an outside shower in the back downstairs which we loved! Quick owner response, lots of beach toys and chairs available to use & it was pet friendly which made it possible to bring our dogs!

Great house

This house was great. The decor and dishes were beautiful. Amazing landscape and outdoor area. Both kitches were full stocked which made cooking very easy. The area/subdivision was very cute and perfect to cruise around on the golf cart. The hot tub was perfect after all day at the beach! Beds are comfortable and there were plenty of pillows! Overall, great stay and experience.

Great getaway for the July 4th weekend.

Perfect for a family of 4. The outdoor areas are a bonus and help you feel relaxed with many plants and fountains. We rented the golf cart which was very well maintained and in great condition. Only a short drive to the beach access areas and 360 view of the fireworks along the beach and throughout the neighborhood.

Perfect!

We loved everything about this house. It had all of the cooking utensils we needed, the ac was cold, and the hot tub was awesome! The beach toys and chairs were a bonus! The neighborhood had a cute, coastal vibe. We will have to check out the marina restaurant the next time we rent! The ice cream truck drove by the first night and made my kids very happy!

Handicap accessible

The upstairs bathroom was not handicapped accessible at all. (At least not for somebody in a wheelchair, and would be very difficult for somebody on crutches or walker to use as well.) The down stairs bathroom is wheelchair accessible, but the shower is small for a disabled person to transfer from a wheelchair to the shower. The outdoor showers is the same. Theses aren’t not complaints, just letting disabled people/families know from another disabled person’s experience. But over all had a great time while we were there.

Wonderful beach house rental

We stayed at Dolphin watch for our family vacation. It was a great location in Sea Isle. We rented a golf cart from a local company they delivered it and picked up from the house. You can rent one from dolphin watch but we opted for a larger six passenger one. The house has two kitchens three bedrooms and it worked out perfectly for hanging out downstairs most of the time.The kitchen has all necessities for your stay and the grounds/yard are beautiful. I think your family will really enjoy staying a dolphin watch we will definitely stay again. Kerrie responded very quickly to all of our needs and the check in process and checkout process were very simple.

Our home is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and we have a fountain, 2 large water falls, & a spa on the property. I love throwing the frisbe with the kids and having my favorite glass of wine on the deck overlooking the gulf.
