Welcome Home - Cozy Top Floor Unit With Divide and Ski Resort Views

Our mountain home is an updated two bedroom two bath condo that offers high speed Internet (a secure network for our condo only) and high definition TV as well as everything else you need for your vacation. This is a desirable end unit condo on the top floor which features vaulted ceilings and extra windows for lots of light and a spacious feel. It has spectacular views of the continental divide and the Winter Park ski area from the front. The back deck is surrounded by a forest of swaying log pole pines. Our condo is a short walk to town and in the winter the ski bus stops right in front of our building and goes straight to the ski area with no other stops. It is nestled in the back of the complex next to the national forest so there are trails for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out your front door.

Our mountain home has an updated and redesigned kitchen with new maple cabinets, custom slab granite countertops and high end tile flooring. It has all the cookware and appliances you will need to prepare a nice meal. The new design opens the entire living area up for a much more spacious feel. The dining table seats 6 and there is an island in the kitchen that seats 2. Our condo has a large living space with a gas fireplace and a new high definition 50 inch Samsung TV. We just upgraded to high definition cable in the living room as well as secure high speed internet for our home. This provides our guests a much faster, more reliable internet than the other condos which share internet with all the other units in the building. The master bedroom features a new euro top king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. The living room has a blue ray player.

The Beaver Village clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, laundry facility, free movies, meeting room and catering kitchen. The pool, hot tubs and sauna are subject to reservation system or closure due to Covid restrictions.

Our mountain home is on free shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park (winter only). Shuttle goes through the Beaver Village Condos complex every hour. There are no stops from our complex to the Winter Park resort so it's a very quick ride. You can walk to town including parks, shops, concerts in the park, restaurants and bars. Our condo is a 5 minute drive to the Winter Park ski area and a 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Forest.

Our mountain home is a 952 sq. ft. condo in the Beaver Village Condominiums, the building is located above the Clubhouse in section 15 - 20. It is located on the third floor. It is a quick walk to the clubhouse.

well appointed comfortable stay....

Just the right size for 3 of us to stay for a weekend event in Winter Park. We didn't use the pool - no towel exchange available since we were booking through VRBO... but we didn't have a lot of time to spend at the pool anyway. Well appointed; really appreciated the private WIFi and Netflix availability. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this area.

Great condo and location

We would stay at this property and location again. The bus that goes to the resort stops in-front of the condo building. We enjoyed the trails that adjoined the condo complex. It was the perfect location for our trip to Winter Park. The owner was great to work with. There was a big storm coming and she contacted us to let us know the condo was available if we wanted to arrive early to beat the storm.

Cozy, quite condo very conveniently located

We loved this cozy, quiet condo. It is furnished and decorated very nicely and very clean. The fireplace really warms the place up quickly. My kids enjoyed playing the games available. My only suggestion to the owner would be to invest in higher quality pillows in the Master and pots/pans. Thank you!

Comfortable condo

Nice layout for our family ...three adults and a child. High ceilings on the third floor brighten the space. Beaver village is a terrific location in Winter Park...bus comes right out the front door for skiing. Unit 16 backs up on the forest which leads right to the trails in the summer. Stacy is a great communicator.

Cozy condo

This condo was perfect for a family of 4. The king and twins beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. I absolutely loved the easy to use gas fireplace. It was so cozy after a day of skiing. Also, I love the views of the runs from the front and the wooded area from the back! Parking was never an issue!

Second Stay was Great

This was my family's second time staying in the condo for the holidays, and the condo is still a great place to stay. The condo is clean and well furnished. The large TVs and wifi are nice for winding down after a day of skiing. Stacy is a friendly and responsive host. I'm sure that we will try to stay here again for a future Christmas holiday!

Cozy Winter Park Condo

Wonderful Winter Park condo to make your stay off the slopes as comfortable & fun as your time on the slopes. Host was available to answer any questions. This condo has a Winter Park shuttle stop right outside the front door. Stocked well with amenities listed. Very clean. My family particulatrly liked the games (LEGO creator), puzzles, & cards available as we were in most of the evening during the “bomb-cyclone”. Great personal WiFi so you don’t share with the rest of the complex. We can’t thank the host enough for a terrific stay. We would definitely rebook this condo for another trip.

Fantastic condo; great location

Very private feeling end unit with gorgeous, sunny views of the mountains in the morning. Top floor unit is quiet. We knew prior to arrival there were no elevators, but others might not. You do have to climb three flights of stairs to get to it. Condo is well appointed with nice towels and decent bedding. We didn't cook dinners; only breakfast. The condo felt clean and ready for our arrival. Stacy is *very* responsive and helpful and I felt very comfortable working with her. Our week of skiing was fantastic!

Great stay!

The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen worked well for preparing all our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day escape. There is great hiking near Winter Park. Our favorite was the Second Creek trail to the top, which had beautiful wildflowers at the beginning of August. It's a moderately challenging hike with quite a bit of elevation gain, but the views were so worth the effort.

Easy transaction, nice condo unit

Several of our recent VRBO stays have had "surprises", with properties not exactly as described, poor maintenance, and confusing communication. Not here! This was an A+++ transaction, great communication, and everything exactly as promised. The condo property overall has a pretty 1970's feel, but this 3rd floor walk-up unit is well maintained, comfortable, quiet, and has great views. There's even a bench right outside the door, looking right out at the resort and parry peak. Only major note, which is not a reflection on the unit itself, is that the clubhouse is pretty dated and not very well maintained (e.g. 2 out of the 3 hot tubs had an obvious line of dirt, "ring around the tub"). Would / will stay here again.

Very nice and cozy condo, with a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Beaver Village condo. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The master bedroom is a very nice size and the second bedroom has an attached bathroom as well. We loved the gas fireplace which in controlled by a thermostat, so you can stay very comfortable. There is a shuttle that takes you right to Winter Park ski area- very convenient. We'll be back.

This was the first time my wife and I tried booking a condo through VBRO. The experience was seamless. Stacy was very responsive. The space was comfortable and clean. All the cooking utensils, pots and pans you'd expect to have were available. Beds were comfortable and my wife loved the fact that the owners supplied large plush towels in the bathrooms. Good location to the slopes and the nearby town had what ever you'd need.

We purchased our mountain home in January 2015 so we could enjoy Winter Park with our family. We enjoy skiing, hiking, biking and just relaxing in the mountains. We live in Denver so it just a quick drive for a weekend away.

Why they chose this property

This condo is special because as a top floor unit it has vaulted ceilings and extra windows to let all the wonderful light in. It also has the best view of the Continental Divide and the Winter Park Ski area since it is in the back of the complex and on the top floor. Beaver Village is also convenient to the town of Winter Park as well as the ski area. We can walk to dinner, shops, concerts and sledding in the town park. It's great! The drive or bus ride from Fraser may only be 10-15 minutes, but it can feel a lot longer when you are ready to get on the slopes.

What makes this property unique

We recently upgraded the internet and the cable in our mountain home. This means you don't have to share a slow network with the entire building. It also means after a long day skiing you and your family/friends can enjoy high definition TV or movies in the living room.

As I mentioned, our mountain home is unique because of its views, extra windows and wonderful light. The lower floor units have really low ceilings and are super dark. I'm a person who likes the Colorado sunshine!

We also upgraded and redesigned the kitchen last summer. It now has new maple cabinets, custom granite slab countertops and high end tile flooring. The new design really opens up the main living area so it feels spacious.

Last, but not least, our mountain home has one of the best views in Beaver Village! You can sit on the front porch and enjoy a wonderful view of the continental divide and the ski area. Building 16 is situated just perfectly and being on the East end of the building our condo has an amazing unobstructed view. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
