House A - You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. Three bedroom, two bath home, with direct ocean access, boat parking at the back door. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. This home is on a compound, we also have several one bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom. The perfect spot for weddings, reunions, or large groups! Broil Restaurant is just across the street, Square Grouper restaurant and bar in the is down the street. Shuttle to Key West just steps from the home. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

This property is in great need of TLC as it was poorly maintained. Still unsure of the location of the pool. Floors were filthy, all of our feet were dirty and we only were there for less than a day. Okay for a one night stay, but would be very disappointed if the stay was longer. The host communicated well and the location was very central to Cudjoe Key restaurants.

Thank you for staying with us! We take a lot of pride in making sure our guests have a great vacation. I will reach out to the guest regarding the TLC. We recently updated the appliances and are always making upgrades and repairs. And I have talked with the housekeeper about the floors. I'm not sure how you missed the pool, it is right outside your front door. We have 2 pools and guests are provided a map of the property.

Nice for the price.

This place was nice and came as advertised. Location is solid and near a few good restaurants and bars. It could have been a little cleaner but overall was in good shape. Would stay again. Price is good for what you get.

The bedrooms were comfortable, Aa/C was cold and the location was good for public transportation into Key West. The kitchen was sorely lacking with utensils and cookware to prepare any meals. House was not stocked with items for 6 person vacation with a message to call if more things were needed. We did not want to have to ask for basics in the middle of a vacation. Property is very dated in desperate need of upgrades, some basic upkeep and maintenance. We were a party of six adults used to moderately nice accommodations. The unit was functional and if your need is basic for a place to stay and get into town, it fits that purpose.

Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated.

Great Location

My family of 5 stayed at this place for 3 nights. It is very convenient to Key West and Big Pine Key for the activities we participated in. Easy check-in and great communication with owner. The only issue was the house we stayed in could use a little updating--one example was the peeling wallpaper and old-looking/poorly cut moulding in places. That said, we would definitely stay there again. It was a good place for the whole family.

Cudjoe Key is a great place that is centrally located to all attractions north and south. The location of this property is ideal in our bookThe property itself is in need of a great deal of maintenance and upgrades, but the beds are clean, and the water is hot.It was adequate for our boy's trip but likely would not rent again.As always: be sure to ask for all house/rental rules before booking.

Good place. 3 bed rooms all with Queen size beds. It was perfect for us. We sat on the porch mostly when we were there and played games. Not a long ride to Key West. Overall- we were happy and would stay there again.
