Loud Brazilian woman. Married to a friendly California man. Have traveled a lot in my twenties & 30s. Took a brake to focus on my career as an environmental planner. Currently I have decided to drop the career & take a sabbatical.
Owner/Manager purchased this Apartment in 2011
Why Owner/Manager chose Inner Mission (Multi Media Gulch)
We are in the heart of the Mission District. My husband will share his pot with you in the backyard. I am allergic to it, so he cherish the option to share it with people that appreciate it. He gets it free from a friend, so it does not cost him anything.
What makes this Apartment unique
There is a sunny backyard, a rare treat is SF. We are 500 ft from Alamo Draft House Cinema; Foreign Cinema & El Techo de Lolinda. Located in the heart of Mission District! Lots of interesting shops to see on Valencia Street & tons of restaurants there are walking distance from the house. If you prefer to cook, there are lots of grocery stores within walking distance too.

Great place! The property was everything we were hoping for. Monica made our stay very enjoyable!
Our family was traveling through SanFransisco and had a terrific couple of days exploring the city. It was great having such a nice home base to come and go from. The backyard was a true gem.
Amy - thank you so much for writing me a review.
Hope you and your family are well.
These Are a Few of My Favorite Things in the Neighborhood & I Am Also a Regular at the Restaurants Listed Here. I Hope You Enjoy It. for a Taste of the Old Mission District, Before Gentrification Took over, Take a Walk on 24th Street, Btw Folsom & Potrero Avenue. Also, While There, Visit Precita Eyes Murals on Balmy Alley. for a Taste of the New Mission District, Take a Walk on Valencia Street with Its Many Sidewalk Restaurants. Both Streets Have Its Unique Charm. Sorry, in My Opinion, Mission Street Itself Does Not Have Any Charm at all. So, I Don't Recommend It, Unless You Have an Specific Place You Are Going to on Mission Street. on your Way Back from 24th Street, Walk Through Treat Street, and Stop at the Taco Truck Across Street from Treat Commons Park, on 23rd Street. Definitely Pay a Visit to San Jalisco, on 22nd and So. Vanness. This Family Owned & Operated Mexican Restaurant Offers Delicious Food. for a Delicious Breakfast, Check out LA Taza on Mission, Between 21st and 22nd Streets. You Must Try Their Pancake Made with Bacon. an Unknown Secrete, Is the Peruvian Restaurant on Mission and 19th Street, Sorry I Don't Know the Name, but It Is Not Hard to Find. It Is Located on the Southeast Side of Mission, Inside a Little Shopping Center. You Will See a Sandwich Board Advertising Various Peruvian Delicacies. You Have to Go Early, If You Want to Eat Their Delicious Ceviche. Definitely Try Limon on 21st and South Vanness. My Friends Love the Pastries from Joe & Patty on 21st and Folsom. They Always Have a Long Line of Locals Early in the Morning. You Will Have to Walk by Jose Coronado Playground to Get There. Its Sidewalk Is Frequented by Some Our Lovely Neighborhood Drunks. They Have Always Been Polite to Me, but If You Are Uncomfortable, Just Use the South Sidewalk. My Favorite Street, Is Folsom Street, Btw 21st Street up to Bernal Hill, with Its Trees and Old Victorians. for Groceries, Try the Natural Food Store on 21st and Valencia, the Peruvian Grocery Store, Lucky Pork on Mission Btw 21st St & 22nd, 3 Doors down from Vangard Real Estate.
