Suuri 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuoneen koti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Sheridan Beachiltä!

Sheridan Beachin lomakotimme kunnostettiin elokuussa 2015. Laitoimme upouusi keittiö, jossa on hickory-kaapit, kvartsi työtasot ja lihakauppias. Keittiö on avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutilalle, mikä tarjoaa mukavan avoimen alueen ryhmällesi keräämiseen! Tavallisen kahvinkeittimen lisäksi on keurig-kahvinkeitin.

Koti on lyhyen 0. 2 mailin kävelymatkan päässä rannasta käyttämällä rannan reittiä alas Lake Shore Dr -kadulle, joka on lähellä kotia. Yläkerran 2 makuuhuonetta ovat valtavia, jokaisessa huoneessa on runsaasti nukkumismahdollisuuksia. Jokaisesta yläkerran makuuhuoneesta on pieni parveke. Takapihalla on iso kannella grilli ja ruokapöytä. Suuri ajotie ja 2 autotalli tarjoavat kaikki huoneet, joita tarvitset pysäköintiin.

Koti on täysin kalustettu ja varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset lopulliseen vetäytymiseen kotoa. Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät hintaan. Keittiö on päätasolla ja on avoin olohuoneelle ja ruokasalille. Alemmalla tasolla on iso perhehuone, jossa on poikkitason sohva, 50 tuuman HDTV, jalkapallo, pingispöytä, ilmakiekko ja uima-allas (yhdistelmäpöydät). Alemmalla tasolla on uloskäynti-liukusäädin takapihalle ja suurelle kannelle. Nauti ulkona illallisesta riittävästi istumapaikkoja koko ryhmälle. Siellä on hiekka-alue, jossa on paljon leluja, laukkuja ja monia muita ulkopelejä!

Siellä on 4 makuuhuonetta:

Makuuhuone 1 (sininen huone): ylempi taso - iso makuuhuone, 1 parisänky, täysikokoinen sänky, futon, 2 kaapia ja lipasto (hoitopöytä).
Makuuhuone 2 (oranssi huone): ylempi taso - iso makuuhuone, jossa 2 kerrossänkyä, molemmat yhden hengen yli täynnä (4 vuodetta yhteensä), 1 vaatekaappi, lipasto ja lasten pöytä.
Makuuhuone 3 (vihreä huone): päätaso - queen-vuode, vaatekaappi, lipasto ja kirjoituspöytä.
Makuuhuone 4 (keltainen huone): alempi taso - pieni makuuhuone, 1 queen-vuode ja lipasto.

Kodissa on kolme kylpyhuonetta, yksi kylpyhuone jokaisella tasolla. Kahdessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja 1 kylpyhuoneessa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Tämä koti on täydellinen perheille. Siellä on täysi seimi, hoitopöytä, vauvan keinu, hiekka-alue, paljon pelejä ja leluja!

Koti on varustettu langattomalla internetyhteydellä ja 2 HD-televisiolla, joissa on kaapeli-TV ja DVR, kelaamalla suoraa TV: tä ja tallennusominaisuuksia. Meillä on 50 "TV alemman tason pelihuoneessa ja 32 tuuman TV olohuoneessa, joka on avoin keittiöön ja ruokailutilaan.

Täydellinen triatlonisteille, pyöräilijöille ja maratoneille - Järvi tarjoaa erinomaiset tilat loistavaan päivälle rentoutumiseen ja uimiseen rannalla. Satoja mailia pyöräystävällisiä teitä pyöräilyyn. Kotimme on hyvin lähellä Blue Chip Casinoa, outlet-ostoskeskusta ja upeita ravintoloita!

Lake Michigan

The beds were comfortable, gas stove was nice, back deck was nice. The kids enjoyed their stay. The neighborhood was nice. It was newly painted a beautiful blue. The CO2 detector was alarming, but the fire dept said it just needed to be replaced. Good assortment of games, beach toys, wagon and outdoor toys. We did not mind the older furniture because we did not need to be yelling at the kids all the time lol. I had read other reviews, so we brought a few our own pots and pans. We would stay here again. Would like it if we could have figured out how to use the basement TV,

Fantastic location, poor support from host

The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. The interior of the house would need some care though, with a few things that need to be cleaned (e.g. sofa) and others that need to be repaired (fussball, shower head). But overall we enjoyed the stay, with the exception below. The A/C was not working during our stay. We communicated the problem to the host and, while we stayed for a couple of days more, he was not able to send anyone to take a look and fix the issue. Communication was very slow -- I also shared my mobile phone number asking to be called but it never happened. We then asked for a partial refund (the house was advertised with the A/C), and contacted Vrbo to assist us. After 3 weeks, still no answer about our request. I look forward for a positive resolution of the issue!

Large Family Getaway

A large gathering place for our big family. The back deck has lots of seating for all. Great short walk to the beach with many beach chairs for us all to borrow. Various little broken things found throughout the home. Furniture was old and not very clean. No toaster. No dishwasher soap. Many soaps topped off with water or none at all. Many towels for all. Had difficulty with the AC not working with many people in the house and long delays of communication from the host with limited support and no direction of how it would be fixed - thus no AC for half our stay. Opened the windows to allow for airflow yet many screens had holes in them or no screens at all with bugs getting inside. Could use some updates of furniture, towels, etc for the amount of groups coming in and out and for items indicated on the list to be found in the home. In all, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and appreciated the space for us all to gather.

Convenient access to beach

We enjoyed the stay in general. Positive: easy and short access to beach; prompt response from manager; good size bedrooms; 1 full bath on each level. Concerns: some basic standard cooking utensils are missing (no toaster, only 2 burners in grill are working; only 1 shelf in oven; sparce cooking utensils )

House not ready for guests

The location is perfect. The house needs finished and cleaned. The couches were both grossly dirty. The basement room is not a bedroom. The second floor was ok- nice shower, but duct tape on the toilet seat. Thread bare towels- dirty back deck. Just doesn’t seem the house is done yet!

Nothing Exceptional

Pros: Close walk to the beach Plenty of bedrooms Crib for a baby 2 grills Kitchen decently stocked Towels were provided along with soap and toilet paper Owner sent back cleaners when we arrived and it still appeared dirty Washer and dryer were available Cons: Almost none of the doors fully worked. Knobs fell off, latches were lacking, knobs werent fully attatched to the door, etc. Knives in the kitchen were all very dull The couch and arm chair seemed dirty even after a 2nd cleaning Wooden chair on balcony was shattered All the chairs in the basement had holes on the seat and were not usable The basement couch was old and worn down Cracked toilet seat with a wonky knob Owner only responded to some texts The place is in desperate need of a deep, deep clean- not just cleaning what is immediately visable Honestly, the whole place lacked pride. With some extra love it could be a great VRBO and I hope the owner takes these comments into consideration.

Great for large group

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here for a women's getaway weekend. There were enough beds for everyone and the back deck is lovely. The house could use some updating and a few things to make it more convenient. For example, we assumed that there would be salt and pepper shakers, but there were none. The toilet seat on the upstairs bathroom has a crack which pinches when you sit down. The coffee maker had not been cleaned since the previous guests and there was coffee and grounds sitting in the filter. However, these were minor inconveniences and in general, we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is lovely and we got a couple of great sunsets.

Vacation 2023

Our family enjoyed how close the rental was to the beach. We also were there when the boat races were in town. It was amazing. It was nice to have all the bedrooms to fit our family. The washer and dryer were wonderful especially with needing to wash bathroom towels. ( Need to have more towels in each bathroom and wash clothes) Loved the gas stove for cooking. I was disappointed that there was a crockpot but no container for the inside to actually use it. Only 3 trash bags for the stay. Definitely needed more for our stay. If we stayed here again I would know what I would need to bring. Towels, wash clothes, trash bags, paper towels, crockpot, etc.

Family place near the beach

The best part was having 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. The open plan living, dining, kitchen was very nice. The beach chairs were very useful. The host was very responsive and came right over to help us get the ac working. It was a pity that the nice deck at the back has inconvenient access and is not connected with the open plan living, dining and kitchen. The lower level was partially finished and does not have a ping pong table or combo pool/air hockey/pool table per the description.

Good location!

The location was good! Short walk on a path through the woods to lake shore drive and the lake. Elementary school very close with a large playground in back. A few issues at the house were the dishwasher was not working properly. Also the refrigerator door had to be very carefully closed or we were afraid it would break. We were not able to start the grill. And there was not a can opener. If those issues are addressed there would be not much to complain about.

Sibling getaway

Nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Had a great weekend sitting around spending time with family. Met the host and his family ,nice family, as he had to stop in to take care of a couple of things. Enjoyable weekend.

Good dog-friendly rental

This home was clean and fairly well-appointed. The number of bedrooms [and sleeping accommodations] were great for a large family stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and really appreciated the new air conditioner! The kitchen is very nice and for the most part had everything we needed to live there. It was also so nice to have three full bathrooms, given the number of people staying at the rental. Distance from beach was very doable and easily accessed. The beach was wonderful! The back deck was a wonderful addition, with more than adequate seating. We were so very appreciative of being able to have our dogs with us, and Colin was so helpful to allow this. It is not easy finding a pet-friendly lake rental, so we felt very grateful. Some things to consider: 1. Adding an umbrella for the deck as it is in full sun, making it difficult to enjoy seating during a hot summer's day. 2. The front stairs and entrance is very aged, splintery, and the stairs did not feel totally stable. The wood is very dried and aged. The step up into the front door is very high. Maybe building a step to reduce the height when the stairs are replaced? 3. The steps in the back yard leading from the deck area to the lower area by the glass sliding doors are also in a condition that required focused attention to traverse up and down. 4. The exterior of the house appeared to be newly painted and it looked nice. Perhaps this is the beginning of the renovations? [Exterior and interior]. Older homes seem to get older and visibly used when they are in high use by so many people. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and experienced good communication with Colin. Thank you Colin!
