This house is furnished and has new appliances . House has new carpet new hard surface flooring. It is about 2 miles from Lake Lanier It has a sun room on the back looking into tall pine trees and a ac unit for those hot summer nights----- not very many of these. It has a charcoal barbeque smoker,pergila and Patio to enjoy the outside. there is room in the garage for a boat and auto. This is a dead end street with very little traffic. This house has 2040 sq ft . Spectrum internet wifi in the house.

Comfortable place to stay that works well for us.

This was our 2nd stay at this property which works well for us because of its proximity to our family. Clean house with plenty of room to work and relax with family. Extra bedrooms are a plus for grandkids to stay overnight with us. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads to get around. Owners care for the property well and it shows.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood.

House was nicer than expected and we really enjoyed the sunroom. Any issues that arose were quickly resolved by the owner. Enjoyed nearby parks at Lake Lanier. Great value for the price if you are planning to stay for a whole month.

Fit our needs exactly.

Needed a place to stay to visit our Kids and Grandkids. We are retired and wanted a place that provided comfortable space away from the hustle and bustle with good access to places we wanted to go. Clean with good amenities and when microwave wasn't working Dewey had it replaced right away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it again next year when we visit again.

Clean, welcoming, exactly as advertised

The home is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host provided everything in the agreement, plus many additional amenities such as coffee filters, tea bags, etc. It was great not to buy 50 coffee filters when we only needed two. Everything works well and is in great condition. We enjoyed the use of the home and would vacation there again.

Cozy Relaxing Property

The property is in a very nice neighborhood with friendly people. It is very close to the freeway and centrally located to get to many places within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Very close to Lake Lanier for some great pictures and views. You might even get the opportunity to see some wildlife in the big backyard. It has plenty of room for multiple people but it was perfect for my wife and I. The amenities were great from the big screen tv in the living room to the jacuzzi tub that my wife absolutely loved. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area or needing a place to stay. The host was a great communicator and responded quickly to messages.

Home away from home

This was a great place to stay when we were transitioning.from selling and moving into home. It’s was very clean and comfortable. Sharon and Joe were excellent.the garage door spring busted and my car was a hostage lol. They came right away try to get someone out to fix it right away. Everything worked out great . You will be happy staying here neighbor is very quiet too. ❤️

Great place for our extended stay

We needed a place to get us through until our new build was done. We were able to stay in Georgia after our house sold early, until our son graduated. House was well equipped and a pleasant place to be. Great neighborhood, close to the lake and highways. Lots of clean linens, plenty of beds and spaces for seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Pictures do not do the place justice. Only hiccups were water coming into the garage where we had some items stored, and a pesky off balance washing machine, but I did not ask for owner to address either item. Would stay again.

This snowbird's stay in GA, Jan 2023

This home and neighborhood was wonderful. We rented this property to get out of Wisc for the winter, and be near family. The pictures don't do it justice. It's spacious, and clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was clean & quiet. The kitchen had everything you could want, except wine glasses & a hand mixer. The towels & sheets were nice quality and they had ample supply of paper products. They even had nightlights. We will definitely be back! Close to shopping & the lake. Go to "Moonies" for the best beef brisket, just about mile down the road.

The excellent location and quiet neighborhood are just be beginning

This property was a joy to rent for two months. The house is clean, comfortable, in very good condition and well equipped. The floor-plan lent itself well for both in-home remote working as well as leisure relaxation. The physical location is perfect. Only a 5-10 minute drive to major grocery, general, and home improvement retailers. In 5 minutes you are on 985. A hidden gem is a huge public park, Cherokee Bluffs, only 10 minutes away. A great place to get outside, walk and explore. All appliances in the home worked well. We particularly enjoyed the washer and dryer. The gas heating system kept the home at a very constant temperature, even during some cold February days. As a side-note, the Britta water filter is a nice addition. The property itself is very nice. The yard was clean and relatively flat (kind of rare for a North Atlanta suburban property). A great yard for children to play. Woods in the backyard are a plus. The subdivision is exceptionally quiet and well-kept. A few cars in and out in the morning and evening. All neighboring properties are well-kept and the entire subdivision feels and appears very safe. If the opportunity arises for a return visit, I sincerely hope this property is available.

Excellent stay!

Home was even better than listed! We had a month long stay, while waiting for our new home to be ready. Plenty of space for everyone, nice yard for the kids. Quiet neighborhood, with all of your needs close by. Easy access to 985 and 85. Owner was available quickly, when needed. If you’re looking for a stay in the area, look no further!

Very nice home

Great location - near Lake Lanier, Mall of GA and I-985. House is nice and spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice, wide driveway was perfect to temporarily park our enclosed trailer. Dewey and Irene have thought of practically everything you would need. They were a delight to deal with! Would definitely recommend.

Month of July

The house worked out perfectly for us for the month of July 2018. We were just down the street from our son and his wife and new baby so it made visiting very easy. The house is spacious and Dewey was very responsive when I contacted him. We are looking forward to renting the house again in the near future. Thank you, Dewey

Perfect location! House was great with plenty of room!

We were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect home for us! Not as much traffic on this side of Atlanta. Lots of room in this home. Bedrooms are split for more privacy. Loved the master bathroom. Kitchen was great. Driveway was perfect for our enclosed trailer and other vehicles. I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely will stay here again!!!

This house was perfect for my family. We 100% enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. The back sunroom/porch is awesome and gives an extra space to hang out. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to take our boys for a walk. The location is convenient to everything you'll need.

MODERN, CLEAN, AND NEAT

My 3 sisters and I were surprised to find a large 3 bedroom home with two bathrooms, a large well appointed kitchen, dining room and even an extra room which could be a bedroom. TV reception was spotty but could have been because of recent storms. Overall, we were very pleased and would rent again.

House was great. Tons of space and anything you could need.

The area is beautiful. House is awesome. Everything is modern. Nice screened in porch. Atlanta is a 40 minute drive. Tons of great driving/riding roads. You could easily plan a couple different routes to explore Appalachia. Tail of the dragon is about a 3 hour drive and the route to/form is excellent.

The property was perfect in everyway. Clean, great cable movies, and close to my kids.

This is our second visit to the home and certainly not our last. We have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren in the Buford area. The home is no more than 5 mins from their homes and 10 mins from lake. They all have boats on the lake. Perfect in every way..

Relaxing stay during a hectic trip.

We stayed at this home during a family reunion held at a nearby hotel. This house was a great retreat. The home was CLEAN. My mother and I are particular about cleanliness and this house far exceeded our expectations. It was also fully stocked. The owner even had things like laundry detergent. The furniture is modest but functional. Plus the house is located less than 10 minutes from the Lake Lanier main gate. Lastly, the owner is wonderful to work with. All in all, a great stay at a great house!

Great house for a family to spend time together

We visited the Atlanta area to attend a family wedding. This location worked well for us as we had events in Buford and Dacula and the house is in great shape. We visited Pig Tales restaurant at Lake Lanier on Sunday and it was an easy drive to get there. We also visited Road Atlanta in Braselton and drove by the Atlanta Falcons practice facility. From this house you are within driving distance of several recreational activities and the town of Flowery Branch. We would stay again.
