Open layout house with beautiful water views and private heated pool. The house offers lots of space with 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, and extra common space. Perfect for families and family gatherings. There is a kitchen, living room and dining room on each floor. Private location with easy access to all the Hampton's has to offer with the benefit of a short drive from NYC. A small private bay beach within walking distance. Private marina offering chartered fishing trips, paddle board and small boat rental a short walk away. House is fully-equipped. There is a large turf baseball field directly adjacent to property. The house has both a Foosball and air hockey table and is in close proximity to the wine country as well as outlet shopping at Tanger. Pool is open on or about May 15 through October 15th.

Birthday celebration

Second time our family and friends have stayed here and it is beautuful. Everythung is very clean. The heated pool is great. Close ri hamptons. Would highly recommend.

Stunning setting, super comfortable home

Perfect location for walking by the bay, biking to town, and exploring the beach. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living areas spacious. The pool was amazing even in late September. Happy to return again and again! Hosts were very thoughtful, welcoming and attentive.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely property. First Tara was the perfect host and even sent me a helpful guide to local farmer's markets prior to my arrival. The house was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay with two families or a large group. There is a beautifully maintained heated pool which is so lovely we even used it in the chilly breeze. The outdoor patio is new and clean, the grill is well maintained and pleasure to use. The property has a stunning view and the location could not be nicer for local beaches and restaurants. Tara was extremely responsive and considered, I could not recommend this spot more... thank you so much to our host

Fantastic!

I stayed here with about 10 family members and it was spectacular. The house was immaculate, extremely well equipped, and the amenities were excellent. The heated pool and covered area outside were standouts! We stayed with young children and the hosts were extremely accommodating, which made the stay much more relaxing. We loved staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Best vacation ever

A great home situated in the wetlands abutting Moriches Bay. First of all the pool was stupendous. We spent hours enjoying the warm water and beautiful stone set off at night by blue lights. Our grandchildren's swimming abilities grew exponentially and they had loads of fun playing water games too! The outdoor shower was a highlight appreciated by everyone. The house has everything you could desire, great living spaces, well stocked kitchen. All the beds were very comfortable, lots of towels were provided, TV's everywhere and 2 kitchens and fridges made this a great rental. After dinner the kids had a ball in the game room playing video games for their first time! they caught on quickly Both outdoor spaces were fully utilized. The night views from the upper deck were amazing and we were lucky to see the last Supermoon (Sturgeon) of the year 2022. Thank you Tara and Brian for a great experience!!!

Amazing summer getaway

The house is in a great location overlooking the water. My boys (14 & 11) loved every minute. It had everything we were looking for. The hosts were great as well.

Great stay!

My family, who are native East Moriches residents, had a wonderful time at this home! Tara was very responsive when reaching out and was very kind. The house was so spacious and had plenty of toiletries for the 9 of us and we all had a bed which was a bonus. Location was on a quiet street and had a beautiful view from the upper deck. Pool was heated which the kids loved. We will definitely be renting this beautiful property again!

Great weekend trip

Had a great weekend trip, the house was clean, spacious and accommodating. There was a clean full kitchen, plenty of towels and extra bedding for the group. My group and I especially loved the jigsaw puzzles that we found at the house. Tara and Brian gave us great recommendations for food and activities in the area and also were super communicative even when we got there. Their home was perfect for our group and would definitely recommend staying with them.

Great family vacation home

We rented this property for a family get together over Mother’s Day weekend. The accommodations were spacious and clean. Though it rained all weekend and we weren’t able to use the outdoor facilities- the pool, backyard, decks, or grills, the game room was a savior. Having 2 kitchens was also a plusz Would love to come back to enjoy some summer weather in this house!

Lovely home

Tara and Brian made us feel at home. Their place is very cozy and has a wonderful view, our family and friends loved the privacy of the neighborhood and the house had everything we needed. Very thankful for their quick response to our questions.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was exactly as described and it felt very private. We had some friends and family over for a big dinner and then had a few friends stay the night. Tara kept in communication with me the entire time answering any questions and also informing me of early check in and late check out which was perfect. She also knew we were having company and left some extra chairs and folding tables for us to use which was really kind. The master bed upstairs was extremely comfortable and the kiddos that came over really enjoyed the game room. The views from the balcony were stunning. We are thinking about staying here again next summer! Highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE

Absolutely incredible home. Tons of space and really cool layout and decoration of home. Everything was extremely clean and it felt like we were entering a home. Did not get to use the pool because of the season, but you can tell it would be an amazing spot to hang out in during the warmer months.

Beautiful getaway close to vineyards and water

We booked this house last minute for a late September wedding after our first place cancelled on us. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed- we were 4 couples coming from different states for a wedding/reunion. This house gave us privacy as well as amazing areas to hang out as a group. The deck was incredible for group breakfasts, and the downstairs deck area was perfect for late night hang outs. The pool was literally heaven and the outdoor shower was the best I have taken in my life. Tara was an incredible and so helpful and sweet. Do not hesitate to book this place. We will be back :)

Beautiful Home + Amazing Pool = Perfect Family Vacation

This house far exceeded my expectations, and the pictures don't do it justice. My children loved, like, really truly LOVED the pool. And as someone who often passes on pools because of the nasty chlorine smell and the icy water temperatures, this pool was a God sent. In fact, we had some unfortunate weather during our stay (cold, wind & rain), but considering the pool was heated we just powered through it. As beautiful as the house is, the outdoor areas are so incredible. From the deck, to the covered outdoor living area with an outdoor tv and fridge, and the large outdoor shower, a person could really just live outside lol The only slightly negative comment I have is that while the house was surrounded with beautiful foliage that provided privacy and some serious peacefulness, it was almost unsettling for me because it isn't something I'm used to (feeling so far away from neighbors). Owners were super responsive and sweet, they even left me a welcome note with a bottle of wine at check-in Absolutely enjoyed every second of our vacation, even the rainy moments when we enjoyed the game roomwhich had an air hockey table, a foosball table and an old school atari arcade game. I will definitely book again.

A very special home!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was large enough for the 7 of us with everyone having their own space. The 2 kitchens came in handy because we had an elder who could not climb stairs. The location is just gorgeous and everyday the view was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool with the outside shower. The pool is very well maintained and larger than most private pools. The house is very well appointed and decorated while being very practical for families. Both kitchens were well stocked with utensils and pots and tools and we were very grateful for the the provision of pool toys in the shed. On hot sunny days you can sit out under the upstairs deck in the shade right by the pool. The deck furniture was comfortable and more than ample for a dozen guests. It was just perfect. Thank you Tara and Brian for 2 fun and enjoyable weeks.

Lovely Long Island

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is just as nice as the pictures, with more space than I expected. Very clean, with a well supplied kitchen. Good linens on the bed, nice decor. The pool is very inviting, really like the salt water. The outdoor spaces are all well thought out, especially the living area next to the pool, The outdoor shower is great! We found East Moriches to be very low key and easy, just what we were looking for.

Relaxing Birthday Weekend

Tara’s house was perfect for my mother’s birthday celebration with my family. The property was spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped so no need to bring any supplies. The pool was heated and lights up at night which made swimming in the evening great. The house is conveniently located near restaurants and wineries. Getting in touch with Tara was easy and she replied very promptly to any questions. Thanks Tara for a great weekend.

Second visit even better!

This was the second time my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home and we were even more impressed! Since the last time we were there they, they added that gorgeous pool and deck which made an already perfect home even better! You will not be disappointed if you decide to rent this house! Paradise!!!!!!!

Let me start off by saying i usually dont write reviews..but this house is amazing. Im a clean freak and you will not be dissapointed. The house was immaculate. The ammenities they had were great. So many extras..they thought of everything. We were greeted with a bottle of wine amd if you forgot something trust me tjey have it there. The space is incredible. Huge downstairs. I got lost in there it was so big. The views were beautiful of the water and the pool was 87 degrees. Great for families or small gatherings. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Such a wonderful experience for our friends and daughters. Thank you so much Tara.

Amazing stay, exceeded expectations

This house was breathtaking and even better than the pictures. It fit our group perfectly and we had so much space. Our favorite parts were definitely the upstairs deck and the pool. The check in process was straight forward and easy, and the communication with Tara couldn’t have been better. She provided awesome recommendations and was just a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend renting this home!!

We live with our two sons in northern New Jersey. Brian is originally from Denmark and Tara from Long Island. We enjoy family gatherings and quiet weekends on Long Island. We love to travel and the vintage posters throughout the house represent some of our favorite trips.

Why they chose this property

We love the tranquility of the house and the beautiful bay views. The house is very secluded and offers tremendous privacy while still being very close to the Hamptons activity, vineyards and terrific restaurants. The pool and huge 2nd floor deck make a perfect retreat.

What makes this property unique

The house offers lots of private places to read, relax, and spend time with family and friends. The house has 2 BR's, full kitchen and dining room on each floor. Ground floor has 2 bathrooms and 2nd floor has 1 bathroom with waterviews. There is a baseball field just behind the house connected by a path in the backyard. When the little league teams play you can hear and see the games from the second-floor sunroom. Close enough to hear but still not be intrusive.
