Located in the town of Tisbury, this home is just a short distance away from the shores of Lagoon Pond, where guests may launch boats from various docks, or bring beach chairs and towels for a day in the sun. This home is in a residential part of town, giving it a quiet local feel.

This home is warm and cabin-like on the outside, yet vast and welcoming on the inside. Multiple sitting rooms - including an enclosed sun porch - two dining rooms, a large kitchen, and a playroom offer a venue for every kind of socializing from sipping wine and chatting in your Sunday best to watching movies or a sports game in sweat pants.

This home comes fully equipped to entertain guests of all ages with WiFi, cable, a Blu-ray DVD player and VCR, a CD player, and several age-appropriate board games and books.

Pick your sitting spot and curl up with your personal device or a novel while a meal is prepared in the large kitchen, or out on the patio with the updated grill. Enjoy a formal family dinner at the banquet table, a casual cup of coffee and a muffin before the bay windows, or a barbecue out on the deck.

The kids are taken care of here as well, with a playroom complete with their own TV and movie players, stuffed animals, puzzles, and children's books. Make sure to bring coloring books and your kid's favorite movies. While the adults chat on the deck, set the kids up in the yard with kiddie badminton, frisbee, or catch on the lawn.

This four-bedroom, five-bathroom home can sleep 8 guests comfortably (eight adults at most, please), and the master wing has brand new hardwood floors for you to enjoy. With two king beds, a queen bed, two single twins, it can accommodate a wide range of vacationers, from multi-generational families to groups of friends.

This is a great base for your island adventures, including hikes and tours of historic lighthouses, and days spent at Norton Point Beach clamming, bird watching, or strolling the sand. Go sailing, or (if you're here in August) take a walk through the Agricultural Fair.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
