Beautifully decorated and comfortable Townhome in the very popular "Springs" HOA. Take advantage of all GVR has to offer in 11 different locations around Green Valley. You as a tenant can purchase your tenant card for use at all 11 GVR centers. This comfortable unit is fully furnished including all kitchen utensils and linens. All utilities included. Park your car in the enclosed garage. Short walk to the pool and other activities the Springs has to offer.
At least one renter must be 55 or older. HOA rules.
Close to city center near shopping, grocery, banks, post office and much more. Visit Tubac, Tucson and Nogales, just 25 minutes away.
Sit back and relax on the enclosed front patio and watch the sun turn the mountains pink or relax in the private landscaped back yard while cooking out on the grill.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for cancellations to to sickness or death. I personally recommend Travel Guard. Having been a travel agent for 20 years I encouraged my clients to take out this type of insurance on all trips that had a non refundable cancellation policy. You will be glad you did!

Anfitrión: Karen Wolffis
Artist and part time resident of Green Valley. Hubby and I summer in Michigan at our cottage on Lake Michigan just north of Traverse City. My activities in Green Valley include Silversmithing, Tennis and Pickle Ball. I also belong to the Santa Rita Art League where I'm continually working on Oil paintings to be sold at local art galleries. You will see some of my paintings decorating the walls of the townhome.
I'm very familiar with Green Valley and surrounding area and can answer any of your questions regarding what to do during your stay in our wonderful community. I look forward to hosting you in my clean and comfortable Townhome.

I chose this property because of it's size, cleanliness, and location in the desirable "Springs" neighborhood of Green Valley. I like the fact that it is so close to the pool, exercise facility, Computer, Camera and Clay Clubs plus the Santa Rita Art League.
It is also nice to have two hiking trails right off the complex. These meander through the desert and run next to the Torres Blancas Golf Course. You will never get tired of walking them.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The Springs offers much of what GVR has to offer. It is a major recreation center located just south of the commercial district. Since I am a member of GVR, I can extend all the benefits to my renters. You are able to use the full size heated outdoor pool and fitness room. Also available to you at this location are the Clay, Computer and Camera Clubs. It is also the home of the Santa Rita Art League. Walk the 1 1/4 mile hiking trail or have a picnic in Perry Park in the center of the complex.
