Parfaitement situé à proximité de la plage à 1,5 km, des magasins, des restaurants, du mini golf, du parc aquatique, des épiceries et bien plus encore! Poisson, crabe, kayak ou bateau juste de la maison. Piscine communautaire. Bethany, Rehoboth et Ocean City ont toutes un rayon de 20 milles - il y a tant à faire! Idéal pour les familles ou les grands groupes d'amis. Nous avons un ascenseur pour accéder facilement à tous les niveaux. Cozy Moms' Weekend

We had 9 moms together for a quiet weekend. The view was perfect and the house had plenty of space. The big table was the best place to play games and all sit together. We were all happy, comfortable, and relaxed. Absolutely perfect.

Excellent!

When we walked in we were very happy. But when we went up to the main floor, we were speechless!! The view was spectacular and the house was beyond our expectations. We had a terrific time crabbing and fishing! Would definitely rent again!!

Loved this house!

This house was amazing. The space was amazing, the views were beautiful and there was plenty of space. I loved the main floor living area and the use of bikes for the kids. Almost every room had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pier and the playground was a quick walk from the house.

Perfect

Our family is spread out between MD, PA & VA. 8 years ago we lost our oldest son. When you go through something like that, you quickly realize that the most important thing is time spent together and we started the tradition of going away for a weekend around Christmas. We've visited Bethany, Deep Creek and the Poconos. This is by far the best home that we've rented. The layout is absolutely perfect, views are spectacular, and the home was pristinely clean. It was a perfect weekend.

Beautiful getaway

Can not say enough about this AMAZING property. Views are incredible. The house was perfectly decorated, organized and stocked with plenty of supplies. This was our first time spending Christmas in Delaware and waking up to beautiful weather and relaxing sounds of the bay were unbelievable! Hope to be back next year!

Excellent Venue & Responsive Hosts

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Its location at the end of the street gave us a sense of privacy. The accommodations were spacious enough that our party of 11 adults never felt cramped. The house was tastefully decorated with sturdy attractive furniture and a host of amenities. The hosts were readily available and responsive to any of our concerns. They also provided great restaurant recommendations. All in all a great weekend getaway!

Perfect stay

The house is wonderful. It worked perfect for the 8 adults and 6 teens that stayed there. Location is very convenient, the house has everything you need and the the view from the back deck is terrific. We really enjoyed our long weekend there and hope to come back soon!

Amazing Views!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures doesn't do this home justice. Modern Modern Modern! Very clean and spacious! Speakers in the ceilings was a super plus, very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Its like a one stop shop. Host provide Bikes to ride, kayaks for the bay. The views are priceless. You wouldnt want to leave this house. Btw the host is very responsive and helpful. Will book again.

Thanksgiving with Family

The house was spacious with bathrooms in abundance. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset. My wheelchair bound sister was able to get around because the house was equipped with an elevator. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great spot for a get-away

This house is ideal for a group looking to chill and re-connect with friends or family. The owner anticipated all our needs. 5 ensuites, enough seating for everyone for meals, a spare frig in the garage, kayaks & bikes. And the owner was easy to reach for any last minute questions. We hope to rent again!

A very special house

This home is spacious and beautiful! Everyone in our family enjoyed the bright and appealing rooms, from the large gathering spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The property is provided with all the necessities for a home away from home, as well as fun items like kayaks, beach chairs, bikes and life jackets. The views of the bay are so pretty and the many decks provide ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The property owner was friendly and helpful, too. She took a personal interest in our comfort and our enjoyment of our stay at this wonderful house!

multi-generational weekend gathering a success, even in the rain!

Super nice house with lots of space to spread out. Our gathering included 1 grandparent, 3 adult grandchildren and 6 of us in the middle generation. The weather was terrible! But the house handled us beautifully and we enjoyed the two large living areas, the deck during a brief respite from the rain and proximity to the beach restaurants, boardwalk in OC and oceanside streets for walking in the mist. During another break from the rain, we explored the bayside streets, even figuring out how to walk out to the peninsula that looks back onto the house from across the bay (3-4 miles round trip). We all agreed we'd stay here again. Tracey was fantastic with communication, too.

The Most AMAZING House!!!

I just returned from an AMAZING birthday celebration at Bay Dreamer!!! From the beginning, the process and communication with Tracey was very easy and efficient. She responded in a timely manner when answering any questions I had. When we arrived at the house, my friends and I were beyond pleased. Although the pictures and video give a wonderful depiction of the house, seeing it in person is the only way to fully appreciate it. Simply stated, it is beautiful. The attention to detail is very intentional and carefully thought out. In addition, it is fully stocked with everything you can think of. needing. I could go on and on, but I will just say, BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! You will not be disappointed in the house or with your experience with Tracey, the owner. I almost didn’t want to give it a review because I wanted to keep it to myself!!!!
