This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home (sleeps 8) is a short and easy walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, attractions and car rentals all within walking distance. Our high end furniture, mattresses and decor bring all the luxuries of home on your vacation!

Heated Salt water pool with Beach area/umbrella for kids or lounging. Tiki Bar for added tropical fun!

Sandy Toes Beach House is beautiful inside and out. The furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. Sofa queen bed w/ upgraded mattress, sleeps 2. Open kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen and BBQ. Our home has a fenced private backyard, with a big heated salt water pool to add to your tropical day! We have 4 cruiser bikes, 2 scooters w/helmets, Beach toys, Beach chairs, umbrella's, beach wagon, cooler & more! The home is 0.25 mile from our beach with the entrance at the end of our street. We are located 2 miles from Port Canaveral, 1 mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music and more. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee - per pet.

A wonderful place to stay!! Traveled with my husband, father, and brother, so we wanted to stay at a place where we all had our own space. This worked perfectly! There’s plenty of space for larger families as well with space in the living room for more people. The yard was beautiful and provided a space to hang out and drink coffee or just relax. The closest beach area is very quiet but still close to the pier. There is also a Publix less than 5 minutes away so anything you might need is conveniently located. Orlando is only about an hour drive as well so it’s easy to make a day trip there as well. There are plenty of activities, so whether you are looking for adventure, to relax, or a combination of both, this is a perfect place to stay. Sondra was super helpful as well and provided many suggestions for food and entertainment. We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying in this house, and will definitely stay again when in Cocoa Beach. The beds were comfy, and house had everything we needed. We loved the backyard and pool area. It was hard to choose between the ocean and the pool. We were lucky enough to have 5 satellite launches during the week we were there!

Love this house. This was our 2nd stay. Pool is great, walk to the beach is easy. New mattress was great, slept great all week. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook all week if you don’t want to eat out. Clean, plenty of towels. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Great place for a beach trip.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

Our family loved this home! We spent so much time in the pool with all the toys and the ocean is just a short walk away (easily made with a bunch of kiddos under 8 as well 😊). It’s close to lots of fun restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking but the kitchen has everything you could need in case you want to stay in. Loved it and we can’t wait to come back!

This home is adorable! We have spent numerous hours and costs to make sure that whoever stays here will have that beachy feel along with a luxurious environment. You will enjoy the time and make amazing memories while here. You literally will need to bring only your personal items as we have supplied everything we believe you will need for your stay. Everything has been remodeled and is new. You can sit in the big back yard enjoying the very large pool and tiki bar while listening to the ocean. The beach is literally a 4 min walk. You will love this property and enjoy your time here.
