1102 Condo was good parking was not!

The condo was nice, the beds were comfortable which is always good. There were a few things that we didn’t understand. The parking is so tight!! I like having a reserved spot but I had to climb through the hatch. Do yourself a favor Pay and park at the sun and sand. Next door If there is bad weather the gate is locked coming from the beach and the door at the pool will not open. When they say the pool closes at 10 that also means the gate to the beach. We like to walk on the beach at night and got locked out, so we had to walk through the public beach access to get in. It seems a short distance u til you have to walk at night. I couldn’t even let the family in from the hotel side. I read a lot of reviews for this before I arrived and the only one I can confirm is the microwave had a few rusty spots, but it worked fine. Altogether we had a great stay!

Condo unit is amazing

The furniture really should be updated. A few appliances in the kitchen were pretty old. Overall the kitchen is stocked with so many items. The view, cond building and unit are all beautiful

location and property good. the only recommendation would be for the association to add restroom facilities near the pool area. Running kids up the elevator and into the unit with wet suits and sandy seems wrong.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Great room! Clean and well maintained. Needs an upgrade on the stove and microwave. Other than that it was a very spacious and nicely furnished. Fantastic ocean views from the balcony’s! Great bathrooms! Great dinner table and kitchen. Lots of room throughout. Good location close enough to get anywhere but yet, far enough away from the main traffic. We enjoyed the room and time away. Would stay here again!

Property was exactly as advertised. The location was ideal for us-far enough away from the noise and activity of North Myrtle Beach but close enough to visit. All in all a great location.

My family had a great time on Spring break here. Beautiful beach in a beautiful condo. Close to all the attractions.

Myrtle Beach Condo

The good: Condo is large and can accommodate 12 easily. Two fridges comes in handy and two dishwashers. Right on beach with great balcony and easy access. Pool was decent. Not so good: Weird smell. Dirty. Furniture is not great (the main living room is outdoor furniture. Not comfortable at all). Decor could use massive updating. No paper products or cleaning starter kit. Overall: exactly what you expect from Myrtle Beach condo. Close to beach but old and run down.

Nice condo, great beach, some tweaks would make it a 5-star!

Overall we had a nice stay and the condo was updated and clean, however there were some things that I think could be improved upon to make this a five-star place to stay. 1. Two of the three balcony doors didn’t lock. When we called, maintenance promptly brought up wooden 2 by 4’s for the tracks on the insides of the doors, however we weren’t concerned with people getting in as much as my 4 year old getting out onto the 11th floor balcony. 2. I fully expected to purchase much of what we needed, however 4 rolls of toilet paper (one per bathroom) in the entire condo wasn’t an appropriate amount. Also, the pepper shaker was missing. There were no cleaning products to wipe down counters nor hand soap in any of the bathrooms. There was dishwasher detergent. 3. The dryer was a fire hazard. My husband noticed nothing was drying so he pulled it out and the hose was squished flat and kinked. That should probably be looked at. 4. When we checked in, the balcony wasn’t vacuumed and there was sand everywhere. There were only two non matching chairs on the balcony and one was unraveling. 5. A few mornings we work up to roaches (palmetto bugs?) in the kitchen/dishwasher. We stored all food in the fridge to be safe and never left dishes in the sink. 6. All descriptions online say master bedroom “king bed”. It was a full or queen and it was so high up we had to jump to get in. 7. The hallway windows in the two back bedrooms and kitchen are totally see through with the current shades in place. 8. One night both elevators went out. The fire department was there. The one elevator was out of commission for a day afterwards for repairs. 9. Nothing you can do about this, but the parking garage was extremely tight and not enough handicapped spaces during our stay. Not a huge deal, but notable Positives: there were many! The view of the ocean is GORGEOUS. Convenient location without being part of the insanely busy parts of myrtle. Some kid items in the closet (sand toys, chairs, umbrella). Chair service at the beach was worth every penny. The maintenance workers were very helpful and responsive. Trash chute made things easy. The choice of pools was great and the walk to the beach was quick and painless even with someone in a wheelchair. Walk-in shower was handicapped accesible. Laundry in the condo was a huge plus.

Lovely Family Vacation!

The condo was perfect to fit 3 parties & allow for privacy while housed together. The blinds in the two back bedrooms & kitchen are completely see through. Bring some sheets to cover them. Walking distance to Damon's Beachfront was a plus for sure.

large condo, BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean!

This location was really nice for us as we had a family of 11, and everyone flew in and out at different times. The airport was a hop, skip and jump away. There weren't a ton of restaurant options in close proximity but everything we did was just an uber drive away. The beach was BEAUTIFUL to view from the large wall of windows, and two of the bedrooms had direct access to the patio. The building is older but once inside the condo we felt like we were in a very updated condo. We travel a lot, and finding places that accomodate our very large family has always been a challenge but this was perfect in every way! Would stay here again if visiting MB!
