We enjoyed our stay here for our final homecoming weekend at CSU as our son is a Senior. The home is a literal 10 minute walk to the campus, with close amenities and you can be in Old Town in 15 minutes. Parking was a breeze, and the yard was super cute.
This property is a gem. The beds were comfy, the space was spotless, and the Adirondack chairs in the backyard were perfect for enjoying the spring sun. For a longer stay, I would probably like a place that has a washer and dryer, but for a 4-night stay it wasn’t an issue. The house has everything you need for a delightful visit.
Enjoyed our stay at this cute brick house. It's my second time staying there. Great location. Close to CSU, Target, coffee shops, and restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Easy parking in the back.
The home was conveniently located and very quaint. We were not aware that this was a multi unit home and could hear every move the family above us made especially with this being an older home. It wouldn’t have been so bad but they began moving around at 5am. The house was clean and backyard was nice place to enjoy sitting in the evening.
Cute little place with mostly everything you’ll need for a short stay. Fenced in yard was nice for the dogs and privacy. Propane fire table was a nice touch, but outdoor furniture wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Place is right next-door to a college house full of guys who were very respectful and two doors down from a daycare and the kids are pretty noisy. Take that noise factor into account if you want to sleep in at all or are working remotely.

Great CSU Location Home Away From Home
The house was great! It was very close to CSU and Old Town. The back door is super tricky to open with the keyless entry and the door was not programmed correctly upon arrival. It was not made clear that there are multiple apartments in the description. You will have someone living above you and the floors are super noisy
Ben was very easy to get ahold of if needed (property manager). He was very quick to fix the keyless door entry issues
We would stay again! It just was a little different than expected, but super central and comfortable
Beautiful property, it is an older remodeled house but very nice. Noise up until 4 am was bad, upstairs unit got home after partying at 1 am, and decided to continue until 4 am, with having 2 dogs that they decided to play with a throw toy. It sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling. It is an older house, you expect the old wood floor to be noisy. It would be an excellent place if no one is in the upstaires unit, or they give you the option of renting the whole house. The other thing is the beds need new mattresses, hard as a rock, lumpy, to low to the floor. I went to walmart purchased a foam mattress to put on top.
The place was very clean and organized, lots of supplies in the kitchen, responsive property management. The only downside was we were short blankets and cold so borrowed some from our family in town. But other than that it was a great place to stay!

The historic townhome was clean and inviting.
We brought our dogs, and the backyard was great for them. Close to campus and historic old town. We lived our stay!
We had a good stay. The location is perfect- walking distance to OSU, old town and the demonstration gardens. The host, Ben, is very helpful, responds very quickly. Kitchen works well for preparing simple meals.

Everything We Needed and More!
I booked this unit to take my dog to the CSU Vet Hospital for surgery and I was happy to find it is only a few minutes away! This unit is really close to everything you would need downtown!
Check in was super easy, Parking is convenient for loading + unloading. kitchen is updated, cute, clean and well supplied! Ac/heat was also easy to operate and kicked in pretty quick. I felt right at home when I checked in!
The backyard is spacious, and the other guests we shared the yard with were so nice! I really enjoyed lounging the hammock in the shade.
At night the patio stairs and railing lights would come on when I opened the door, which made it much easier to take my dog in /out with a cone.
I look forward to booking this unit again later this year to take advantage of some of the cool things Fort Collins has to offer!
Great Old Town access- few minute walk- and great backyard for the pups. Good value. Not the most lux interior nor the most comfortable beds. Also- note that entry into bathroom from master is tiny- I am 6’5” and saw stars bashing my head on way in a few times. But again- if you won’t be inside much other than to sleep, the location is really worth it.
