This house was perfect for our family. We each had our own private comfortable room and bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything dining room was spacious and it had a cozy living room. The balconies both had beautiful ocean views. we definitely got our exercise in due to all the stairs, but was so worth it. Hot tub and entertainment rooms were a plus and were enjoyed. We hope to be back again for another family gathering.

Family and best friends to say good bye

We where there to have a private memorial in memory of my husband that pass this year, the stairs were a little much but we had 3 beautiful days of weather everyone had there own room and the kitchen is stocked for cooking we all had a wonderful time playing games watching movies and sharing stories. Thank you for sharing you home with us.

Great place for family!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. We loved the proximity to the beach and the en-suite bedrooms. We were especially impressed with the well stocked kitchen! It felt more like a lived in house than a rental since it had literally everything we could have needed from our trip! We’ll definitely be back to stay again.

Hot tub is not clean. Cause two person infection

Nice big house with a few problems

We loved the size of the house, good location, and the en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with many things with a surprising absence of storage containers, plastic wrap or foil, oils, spices. The fridge stayed at 50 degrees except for overnight when it got down to 40 😬. There is some mold in the shower of the king bedroom on the second floor. The game room is fun, there are at least three pack n play cribs for babies and a couple of booster seats. Very comfortable for a large crowd but they really need to fix that fridge.

Amazing home with all the bells and whistles!

We were looking for a place for a big-0 family birthday party that had a large dining room table for all of us gathering for meals as well as a place that had a large kitchen for prepping meals together as well as things for kids to do inside and a close walk to the beach! We also wanted a place that had lots of places to sit in the living room for people to hang out that was modern and comfortable and clean and had lots of bathrooms and bedrooms and beds! We love the Great room set up for all of these things on our must-have list! This home exceeded our expectations! Plus, it wasn’t as expensive as other beachfront homes! This still had a beach view and it felt like beach front! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect for Girls' Beach Trip

We've had the pleasure of staying at this house before, so we knew what to expect. Everything is lovely here. Communication is really great, prompt, and easily accessible. Be prepared to hit your stairs goals, as the main living/kitchen space is on the 3rd floor! The giant dining table is perfect for card games at one end and puzzle construction at the other. Wifi worked for everyone, with no lagging. The TV remote had some issues as well, but we were able to download the app it, so we had a workaround. Only critiques would be that the pullouts in the living room and media room were broken and unable to be used, lessening the total number of beds available. Thankfully, we did have a few gals not come, so we weren't in a pinch for sleeping arrangements. Really enjoyed our stay, and will pick this house again and again! Thank you!!

such a great house for a big group! Lots of beds, rooms and bathrooms. Loved the access to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine and more!

Nice house

House was great with everything needed. The lock did not open for the jacuzzi, and the game room was dirty, but beds and other rooms were clean. Ocean view from top floor. Had a nice stay.

Great beach house!

We loved this house! It worked perfect for our family reunion - we loved that every bedroom had a connected bathroom. Nice views, pretty easy beach access, nice large entertaining space. Only small disappointment was that a couple of the pull-out couches weren't working, which would have been nice.

All 14 members of my family loved the Fair Winds house. The house was exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen and so close to the beach. All the adults had their own bathrooms. Great place to make life long memories ♥️

Just Okay

Big house in a good location, but overall nothing special. The house wasn’t as clean as you would expect and some stuff was broken like the hot tub cover, ping pong table/net, and the pull out couch as previous reviews mentioned. It looks like at one point someone attempted to duct tape it together, but it didn’t work and it’s basically unusable as a bed. Which was disappointing considering the price to rent this place.

Excellent Home For Families

The property was very clean and accurately described. The location was great. We stayed with 3 generations, 14 people in total. There was plenty of room for everyone to have the own space and gather together. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at this house. It's comfortable, clean and was exactly what we had expected. The property management company was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect! Beach House in Lincoln City!

Wood floors throughout that do not creak, this wonderful home was perfect and met our needs. Each floor seemed quiet, though we had 12 people stay with us. The rooms are so important for your guests! These rooms had incredible views, linens and bedding that were georgous made with high quality material! Several of these rooms had its own bathroom! The entire property was clean and felt clean! The Kitchen, on the 3rd floor, was smartly stocked every dish or utensil was readily available. All appliances work! A massive dining table sits in front of a wall of windows to look out over the seascape where you can sit for hours. This 3rd floor is the most relaxing and inviting flloor. It is big and accommodating, plenty of comfy seating or napping with views of the ocean that won't stop! It has a big TV with an amazing sound system. I love this property I was so satisfied! We wanted to invite some local family over but due to the limit of people allowed in the house we were prohibited. The bottom floor had a foosball table, air hockey, and pingpong table and tv with gaming system Brilliant fun room for play! Over all I can't give this a hire rating. It is good too, because this was a.... "if this isn't good we are not staying at a home property again we will stick to Hotels (yuck)" But it exceeded our hopes and expectations.

Just the little inconveniences you shouldn’t have if paying top of the line prices

Was told the washer wasn’t working- turned out to be the dishwasher wasn’t working Key pad didn’t work at check in and wasn’t fixed during our stay as promised. We did get access to a key so not huge inconvenience Fire alarms woke us all the last morning- no reason House is nice - lots of space , and clean
