Nuestra casa de artesanos de la década de 1930 se encuentra en el corazón de cinco puntos, ¡uno de los barrios más deseables de Atenas! Calles arboladas y tranquilas están cerca de la acción de cinco puntos de restaurantes, cafeterías, cafeterías y más. ¡Camina al estadio de Sanford el día del juego! Dos habitaciones (cada una con una reina) y dos baños ofrecen un alojamiento confortable para hasta 4 personas. Cocina abierta, actualizada y bien surtida, rincón de desayuno, comedor formal, amplia sala de estar y dos porches para elegir para relajarse por la noche: el frente ofrece mecedoras y el porche con mosquitero ofrece amplios asientos para disfrutar de la compañía. Pisos de madera en todo. Wifi y televisión de pantalla plana con cable incluido. Se aceptan mascotas con aprobación previa y depósito. El camino de entrada puede acomodar dos autos para estacionamiento fácil fuera de la vía pública.

Very pretty home close to everything. This is a family, rather than a corporate, managed property, so it’s much less sterile and the owners are super friendly. The home is clean and well appointed. It’s on a quiet street with zero road noise. The kitchen has a nice array of appliances/dishes/cooking implements, etc. The beds are comfortable and they have good linens. Plenty of towels. It has a fully fenced back yard for privacy and an enclosed portch. Excellent place - would stay at again!

Absolutely fantastic stay for a game day weekend. The house was clean, check in was seamless, communication was fantastic, and it looked just as it did in the online photos. Five star experience all around. Vicki (owner) couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

Quaint Getaway

We came into town for our cousins wedding and could not have enjoyed the space more. We wish we were staying longer than the weekend as the property was just that comfortable. Everything was provided with plenty of extras. I’m an avid runner and felt totally safe running in the neighborhood & was delighted to see other runners, cyclists & walkers in the community. Great location next to plenty of eateries, coffee shops and a great little grocery store. Other sites and shops are just a short ride away. The hosts are some of the best we’ve ever interacted with. Definitely saving this property for future visits to Athens!

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. Cooked a lot and enjoyed eating in the covered, screened porch. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.

Southern charm at its best!

The property has lots of amenities to offer. Enjoy the silence while you drink your coffee on the side porch or rock on the front porch. Comfy beds and pillows so get ready to sleep deep. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. We felt relaxed here and got to meet several of the neighbors. Safe place to take kids and pets. We will be back!

What a wonderful Gem!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property! This home is walkable to great restaurants and the stadium for gameday. Neighborhood is quiet and the screened porch on this house makes it extra enjoyable to listen to the birds read a book. Vicki is a wonderful host! You won’t go wrong choosing to stay here. Wonderful stay!

Even though we were in Athens on business, staying in this beautiful home felt like we were on vacation. It is one of the most comfortable homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying. The location is superb, the hosts are very kind and the yard is heaven for a dog. If it was possible we would have given more than 5 stars

Beautiful Property

Wonderful older home with lots of character. Lovely side screened porch and large front porch. Charming neighborhood…we loved our stay. Owner was extremely helpful in finding some resources we needed in the area. This home would always be my first choice to stay in when visiting Athens!

Charming home in the perfect Athens location.

We had the pleasure of staying in this 5 points home during a construction project at our house. This home is very charming and was a lovely respite for our family. Every amenity we needed we found there and the screened in porch and front porch were our favorites! It is thoughtfully and well restored. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. We loved our 5 points in-town "vacation"!

UGA vs USC game

We stayed for a football game extended weekend. The accommodations were perfect. The serenity of the neighborhood was relaxing. Vicki was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent in every way!

This house is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. The rooms are all very spacious with high ceilings. And the outdoor spaces are practically as clean as the inside. We loved getting to bring our dog for the weekend to celebrate our UGA daughter’s birthday. But you would never know another dog had ever been there. Vicki was very attentive and kind. Great location, too!

167 Highland Terrace

This is a must rent property! The home is absolutely fabulous. The owner (Ms. Vicki) was so very nice and made sure our stay was the best. The location is with minutes of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Not sure when we will return to Athens, GA but 167 Highland Terrace will be our first choice of place to stay.

Sweet In-Town Retreat

Everything about this house is wonderful. The location, the yard, the porches - all of it. My husband and I live in Atlanta and wanted something that felt like home while we worked in Athens for the weekend. This was it! We slept well, brought our dogs, had a couple of friends join us, and it really made the things extra special having somewhere like this to stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us - I would come back!

We are a long-time Athens family. My husband was born here and I have lived here for over 40 years. We've raised our four children here and are very active in our community. We're active travelers and appreciate the comforts of home when staying in other cities. We strive to bring that same feeling to our home in Five Points. While not on-site, we can be available for any questions during your stay. We'd love to recommend some of our favorite places in Athens for dining, grocery shopping, live music, etc!

We chose this property because of our love of the area and all that it has to offer in such close proximity to a desirable and quiet neighborhood.

With a fenced-in yard, this home offers the added benefit of bringing your well-behaved dog along with you on your trip. Pre-approval and pet deposit required. Excessive barking is unfortunately not conducive to the neighborhood.
