Questo è un condominio bellissimo con un sacco di spazio. Il condominio è molto pulito, ben tenuto e dispone di numerosi servizi. Avrai una vista laterale dell'Oceano Atlantico dal balcone. Questo condominio con due camere da letto recentemente aggiornato ha due bagni e una cucina completa. Il condominio può ospitare fino a sei persone. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono incluse. C'è una TV in ogni camera da letto e nel soggiorno. Il bagno principale dispone di un letto king size e una vasca idromassaggio. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Per le famiglie con neonati e bambini piccoli, culle e seggioloni possono essere forniti gratuitamente (su richiesta).

I teli da mare sono forniti gratuitamente e si possono ottenere asciugamani freschi nella hall ogni volta che si va in spiaggia o in piscina. Sedie a sdraio sono disponibili per l'affitto sulla spiaggia.

Condo was nothing like the pictures on line. We were giving a handicap room which we did not like. No one would see the handicap bathroom as it was not functional for a person without a handicap.

Great Property!

Family of 4 with 2 small children ( age 4 and 6). Everything in the listing was spot on with the stay. Beach access was great, pool was very clean and the afternoon activities were a big plus. On site Mexican restaurant was very good. Would absolutely recommend and stay again

Nothing extra

After being at a different condo location in Cocoa beach that supplied beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, basic kitchen spices, etc., I was disappointed that we were paying over $1000 more for none of those extras. We waited over 2 hours past check in time to get our room and when we did, only 1 out of 3 elevators were working. It was clean and there were a few extras for the kids to do.

Great Place to stay

The property was well maintained and all the staff were very helpful. We found the unit to be well equipped and very clean. The pool and hot tube were very nice and clean. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The restaurant on site was a plus and there were many amenities for all age groups. This property would work well for families with young children and also couples. It is a great location to view the rocket launches at Cape Canaveral. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Families . . . Something for Everyone!

We were impressed with this property and really enjoyed our stay. The amenities that are offered were terrific for kids and adults of all ages: tennis and basketball courts (with lights that guests can turn on and open until 11 pm), game room, movie theatre, pool (open until 11:30 pm), beach, grille at the pool to order food and drinks, covered parking, BBQ grills, on-site staff that closely monitored the weather and summer thunderstorms and cleared the pool and courts for the safety of its guests and on-site restaurant made this an enjoyable and incredibly pleasant stay. The check-in process was straightforward although there was a 30 minute wait on a Sunday morning. I wasn't a fan of having to get there early to request your floor but it all worked out. There was a room (side view of ocean) on the 3rd floor that was available when we checked in so that worked out well. Check-in staff was helpful. There's a Publix supermarket a couple of blocks away so that was convenient and there are several restaurants on A1A. Papa Vito's has tasty pizza and pasta and is about 5 minutes away. The adults and kids in our party really enjoyed the property and said they would come back.

Great Location

The location of this property is perfect to get to Kennedy Space Center, main street, the pier and there are plenty of restaurants and activities within blocks. The resort also had plenty to do. Very nice place. We will be back.

Right on the beach!

The location was perfect! We had a side ocean view. We could hear the surf and feel the breeze off the ocean. It was also a short 15 minute drive to almost everything we wanted to do. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well furnished. We used the grill and picnic area, which was quiet and nice. The hot tub is off the pool area on a balcony, pretty cool! We would definitely come back here again! Thanks!

Granddaughters spring break

Great beach front property!

We had a terrific stay at the Cocoa Beach Resort. The room was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and we could see the beach from our balcony. It’s a short drive to dozens of great restaurants and a grocery store. The walk to the beach is perfect with the pier access and available chairs and umbrellas for rent. The pool is big and warm and there is a pool side bar and grill that’s easily accessible.

Night shift employee not very pleasant. web site pictures differ from what I expected. your brochure should include reputable dinning facilities. Otherwise everything else was wonderful!
