We had a great stay. We were able to spend lots of good family time between grandparents, cousins, and our family. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available, and the backyard space was specifically amazing. Ping pong was a hit!

Everything was awesome- but, the bath tub in the bathroom off the hallway drained very slow. And - clicking on the link emailed to me - the message was undeliverable

Santa Barbara Family Reunion

Excellent location, warm comfortable five bedroom home, beach access trail and thoughtful guest serving features. Kitchen was well appointed for family meals. Loved it!

Santa Barbara “secret” in Goleta

Celebrated early Christmas and birthday. Fun for all. Space for everyone and beautifully appointed outdoor gathering spaces. Kids LOVED the ping pong table.

Relaxing and great location

Beautiful property

This is the third time that we’ve stayed at this property and we have never been disappointed. I suspect that we will be returning to this property again and again in the future. The location is a little further outside of town; but it is in an idyllic spot just above the beach. We love it.

BEST GIRLS GETAWAY

The Buena Vista house was absolutely PERFECT for our girls getaway long weekend. Five of us, all in need of some peace, tranquility, and nature. We thoroughly appreciated the comfortable 5 bedrooms, spacious kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals if you stay in (which we did!), and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy each other's company. Communication with the management team was easy - they are super friendly. Check in and out was simple and straight forward. Loved our neighborhood walks, beach walks, quick access to all the best of Santa Barbara. We are going to make this an annual trip. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house right on the water

The house exceeded our expectations. Mid-Century Modern vibe with plenty of room for all. Beautiful neighborhood right next to the ocean and walking trail. Well appointed kitchen and loved the extra towels for the beach. Happy to stay again on my next trip south.

Really great house for our family

This house has it all: nice location near UCSB and Santa Barbara, beautiful beach and trail access, great yard, great house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us all. Really nice decorating of house and yard, would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Location near Open Space and Beach

This is a lovely house that is very well equipped for comfortable living. We spent the Christmas holidays here with our family of 6 with 3 generations. The beach is nearby. The house is very comfortable for families and the location could not be more stunning.

Great location for a multi-generation vacation

This house was great for our group of six adults, two teens, and two infants. Two primary suites and the wing of three other bedrooms were spread out enough to give everyone some space to themselves. The property management company was very responsive and helpful. Some things to note: 1) There is no street parking allowed, but the driveway had ample room for our vehicles. 2) There is no air conditioning, which wasn't a deal breaker but we did have to manage closing and opening doors/windows daily to maintain a cooler temperature in the house in late July. 3) Be prepared for the beach tar and wear smooth-soled shoes to the beach. Several us spent quite some time digging tar out of shoe treads. -- Overall, we had a great experience at this rental and would recommend it!

We love everything about this house! And the location is serene. This was our second time staying at this lovely property with our family and it met or exceeded all of our expectations. Perfect for adults and kids of all ages, room to spread out, lots of nature to explore and a little jacuzzi to relax in. Super clean and overall a delight. We will be back!

Girls trip

Great patio with access to the beach and hope king trail. We did have issues with 2 of the toilets but the owners quickly addressed the problems. Wonderful secluded location - 15 minutes to town.
