Tropical Venice Paradise! (Private Pool Home)

This home in South Venice is a perfect destination for your vacation! Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath, heated salt-water pool home is very open and bright. High ceilings and fully tiled floors help to make your stay a pleasure. It is decorated in a Florida style and is well equipped for your stay. For your added enjoyment and pleasure, there is a screened in Lanai for entertaining and a very private fully fenced back yard. The rental is located with-in short drive to Manasota Beach (3.5 miles). Just bring a bag and a scoop for your fossilized sharks teeth and seashells. Historic and awesomely beautiful Downtown Venice is moments away, offering wonderful boutiques and dining. Close by are some of the finest beaches in Florida. Venetian Waterway Park allows you to follow the Intra-Coastal Waterway with miles of walking paths, following a gentle route that will eventually lead to Casperson Beach. This is a stunningly beautiful walk, and be sure to bring peanuts with you. The Scrub Jays will eat them out of your hand. The Historic Train Depot, Centennial Park, Venice Fishing Pier and the North and South Jetties are a must see during your stay. Check out the 3D virtual tour.

Very happy with this very clean and well looked after house. It had everything we needed, all well looked after and up to date. We know the area well so the location was ideal for us.The property manager was great to work with, very easy to reach and responsive. Not our first visit to this house and hopefully not our last.

Moving to Florida

This house was perfect to relax in after house hunting during the week. It was extremely clean and welcoming and located in a neighborhood that was close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful home for a beach vacation

House was extremely clean upon arrival. Everything was just as described in the listing. Communication was excellent. Location is perfect for going to many different beaches (Venice, Siesta Key, Manasota, etc.), restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Home

This house was the perfect setting for our most relaxing vacation ever. The pool is perfect to spend hours in or to just sit by and read or nap. The TV's are a great size to binge watch on. Olga is the perfect host and was always available if needed

Love staying in this house

My best 10 days in Southwest Florida.

Very cozy, comfortable, easy to maintain, beautiful open space, great location for dining, shopping, close to the beach, wonderful heated pool. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay! Beautiful home in Venice!

A place to remember, a place to enjoy

This property lists exactly as the pictures portray; Clean, beachy (love the pelican ornaments) well equipped kitchen, and relaxing in or out. Everything was as we had hoped. Very accessible to shops Restaurants and beaches. We have found the Venice area a gem on the gulf. Thank you to the owner and to Olga, the host who was available to answer questions clearly. It was a wonderful vacation for two weeks, we will return.

Beautiful Home ! Peaceful and Quite

We had a wonderful 2 week stay..Home was beautiful very clean and had everything that you would need to cook with. It was Close and convenient to anywhere we needed to go and Olga always responded quickly with any questions or help needed. Loved the Master Bedroom .. It couldn't be better

My wife and I had a wonderful time in South Venice. Due to Hurricane Ian we had to reschedule at short notice and found this house on the internet. We have never regretted it. Olga's support left nothing to be desired - always open and trusting. When we had a question, we received an answer within a short time. The house is very clean and is in a very quiet, safe area. The house is tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We can only recommend the house and would love to come back.

Lovely home for a beach vacation

We had a wonderful time here! The house is lovely and we really enjoyed the salt water pool. Everything is close by, including the beaches, but we also enjoyed taking the ferry to the community beach. Olga was great to work with and we would love to come back to stay the next time we are in Florida!
