Tout dépend de l'emplacement et de la vue lorsque vous séjournez au bord du lac!

Vous apprécierez l'emplacement idéal, situé à 2 minutes de l'autoroute principale, vous ne conduirez donc pas sur des kilomètres de routes sinueuses en essayant de trouver la bonne sortie. Parkview Bay Condo Resort est un favori par beaucoup et est situé à proximité du centre commercial Osage Beach Outlet, des épiceries, des restaurants, des activités familiales, de la vie nocturne et plus encore. En bateau, cet endroit n'est qu'à quelques minutes des Dog Days (mm 19).

Ce condo entièrement équipé de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain se trouve juste sur le lac et offre 3 piscines sur place et une vue imprenable sur l'eau et le parc d'État. C'est au niveau du sol / pas de marches!

Vous adorerez l'espace supplémentaire avec ce plan d'étage plus grand. La suite principale a un lit king size, vue sur le lac et une salle de bain complète. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits superposés (les lits superposés inférieurs sont de taille normale; les lits superposés supérieurs sont jumeaux et ne conviennent pas aux adultes).

Note latérale: Tous les problèmes mentionnés par Eric W dans la section des critiques ont été résolus. Un nouveau thermostat a été installé. Nouveaux rideaux dans la chambre principale. Et Drano s'est occupé du drain lent dans la salle de bain principale.

Very nice

Very nice and the dock location was good . I like the walk in unit I highly recommend getting a cutting board I bought one to use for myself. Only downside was the TV'S in bedrooms not working. We have stayed at Parkview since they were built including last year and always had them work in every room. Thank you we will be back next year. Lynda

Lynda, thank you for staying with us for an extended time period. We will be adding a cutting board to our kitchen equipment...thank you for that feedback. Regarding the TV situation, we were only given one cable box from Parkview Bay so we opted to put that in the living room. Thank you, again, for staying with us. We look forward to next year!

Excellent location

No steps was a selling point for me. Pool very convenient for kids. King size mattresss was uncomfortable. Seating for only 4 people (couch and one chair) all uncomfortable. Table very small and stools uncomfortable for playing cards (ended up playing on the floor). Through no fault of the owners water was turned off at 8 am, very inconvenient. Basically the condo was great location but nothing great inside. Needs some comfy furniture after a long day in the sun.

Thank you for the feedback....We try to have pictures on the website to reflect exactly what you'll get at the condo. As you can clearly see by the pictures on the site, we only have one couch and one chair in the living room. So that should not have been a surprise to you. We also have a picture of the small table. We're sorry that your expectations were not met but we feel that for the price point that we're at, we offer a great value and a great place to stay.

4th of July week stay

Overall, this is a very good rental property for the money. There are some minor maintenance items that need to be taken care of, however we really enjoyed our stay despite these minor issues. The issues are: 1. Thermostat will not work (and thus neither will a/c) unless you wiggle it back and forth at least once per day. 2. Master bathroom shower/tub has an extremely slow drain, so you end up standing in your own soad suds and dirt/sweat/lakewater etc. that you are trying to wash off. 3. Blinds in master bedroom will not close all the way. Blinds on the sliding glass door to the deck are falling off in places and will not stay attached. The owners are extremely responsive to phone calls or texts. This was a great little condo that handled our family of three adults and three teenagers quite comfortably. The location is excellent, not far from the main strip. The scenery from the deck is beautiful! It's nice to see unspoiled shoreline, rather than a cluster of homes and docks. Thankfully, the far shoreline is part of a state park, so no homes should be built there. Parking seems to be a bit of a problem. The instructions you receive state that you can park one vehicle in front of the condo building with the parking pass that is left on the refrigerator that must be hung from your rear view mirror. Any other guests must park along the "retaining wall". We had our oldest daughter park her car next to the retaining wall as instructed. One afternoon we were leaving for the day and we noticed two huge flatbed trucks had pulled in and were beginning to load up cars and haul them off to the impound yard. Luckily, our daughter immediately moved her car or she would've been towed, even though she was parked on the retaining wall. The gentlemen towing the cars told us that it was their understanding that cars couldn't be parked there either. So we moved her car over to the main building where there is a parking garage. Some other people, weren't as fortunate as their cars/trucks were hauled off. I can't imagine how pissed off those people were. Talk about having your 4th of July holiday ruined! Anyway, it's something that the condo owners need to get straightened out. As I said, overall this is a great place to stay and we'd would recommend it to anyone thinking about staying down at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We're glad you had a great stay at the lake! As you mentioned, there are minor issues, as there will most likely always be some minor issues when dealing with a vacation rental. Any time we are contacted with an issues, we do our best to remedy the issue as soon as possible. When we were told that the coffee maker was acting up, we immediately replaced it. When we were told that the towels weren't very soft, we immediately replace them. And so forth. Sometimes issues arise and cannot be remedied immediately (window blinds etc) due to the quick turnover in guests. Unfortunately, the thermostat began acting up about a week before your stay and was fixed immediately after your stay. Luckily, you were able to stay cool during your stay, even if that required a little jiggle here and there. I'm not sure who was getting towed or what the exact situation was, but our parking instructions are very clear from management and those instructions were passed along to you. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during your stay. We are always striving to be better landlords and provide a clean and well cared for condo for our guests. We have had numerous guests reach out to us requesting a 2nd reservation with us, so we're confident that even though everything is not always perfect, we provide a clean and comfortable place to stay. Great place for a great price.

If you're search the osage beach area you already know there is very little options in this price point. The unit is very nice and well taken care of. New carpet in the living room is very plush and a treat after a long day on the water. The direction the balcony faces and the fact that the tree shading it make it very nice to sit on and relax. The owners are very easy to reach and are very polite and truly concern themselves with your well being while you're there. The bunk beds make the kids love this place more than ever. We will definitely return again.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at the condo. The highway is easily accessible which makes it easy to access the lake area attractions. No stairs to climb unless you go to the pool. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. It was nice to sit out there in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee. We have stayed in many condos around the lake but liked this location the most.

Looking for our own "Happy Place"

The property was very nice. I love the view of Lake of the Ozarks State Park! I love the nice long sidewalk near the lake for my daily walk. The property was in a nice location that allowed us to see the area in the process of looking for our "Happy Place".

We do not provide a grill due to safety precautions, many complexes in the Ozarks do not even allow them. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
