Refrigerator made a buzzing sound...very annoying. Owner said she was going to replace it...but obviously after our stay. Clean enough but could use updating could have used a wagon to haul chairs umbrella etc to beach

Thank you Jane for your feedback. The guests before you and after you had no complaints about the fridge. When you brought the issue to our attention, we had a technician come out the very next day and confirmed that the refrigerator had no issues. We will be replacing it anyway as we make other updates. We would have provided a beach cart had you requested it. We try not to put too many things in the condo to keep it from being cluttered.

Great Stay!!

This place is awesome! Just a block away from the beach, and 2 blocks away from St Armands Circle which has so many restaurants and stores! The host is amazing, responds quickly and is extremely nice and easy to talk to! I would love to stay again here!

Great location!

This condo is just a short walk to the beach and to St. Armands Circle - we loved that! The bed was super comfortable as well. A short drive takes you to Longboat Key and into Sarasota!

Good location, comfortable place

Comfortable place. No frills. Great location that is close (easy walk) to beach access and the public pool. Walking friendly area with shops/restaurant area reachable by sidewalk. Beach is more shells than sand. Host was very responsive

First time vacation

It was such a beautiful place and location that we are now planning for it to be an annual celebration. It was our anniversary present to us. We plan on hopefully having our kids and two grandkids with us next year so they can experience this great place. The owner was awesome, if I had a question I was answered in a matter of minutes. Thank you again and we look forward to staying with you again next year. God bless

Great location

Cute condo in a super convenient location. No car necessary! Walk to beach, walk to shops, walk to restaurants. Large, comfortable bed, great A/C, clean and spacious for a 1bedroom.

A Great Place and Location!

Nice comfy place with everything you need for a relaxing time! Easy walk to the beach, shopping and dining at St Armand's circle. Everything you need was in the condo, and it felt like home. The unit was clean and fresh for us and we will be back as much as we can!

Great getaway!

Our first time using Vrbo but definitely will be back again. Clean spacious condo perfect for 2 people. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from the beach and Olympic size public pool and a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s. There was a Keurig coffee maker and beach chairs and sturdy beach umbrella! Covered parking! This was a super affordable gem!

Convenient location!

We stayed about a week and wished we owned this sweet spot! Walking distance to the beach, ability to rent kayaks/bike close by, St. Amand square...while close to everything, this condo in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extra beach umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Thanks Amani!

Great Host, Great Condo

The host was awesome. She took the time to communicate to make sure we were all set. The condo was clean and very well kept. I will be come back again.

Hidden Gem

Great location! Short walk to beach, St. Armands, and Ted Spurling Nature Park where you can rent kayaks and kayak through Mangrove tunnels. Property was clean and as pictured and described. Quiet neighborhood amidst the chaos of spring break. We plan to return! The only suggestion I might have would be to change out the side chair with a recliner or something more comfortable.

Best Escape

Best escape in a while. Armani was a terrific host, readily available with questions. The location was tremendous! No rental car needed, 5 minute walk to beach and Ubers to St. Armand's run about $7.00! This property is everything described and more. We will be planning to return. Thank you Amani. The perfect choice!!

We absolutely made the right choice going with this condo. Not only was it the best value on Lido Key, the location was perfect and the condo was very quite, well maintained and spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes etc..., we slept great on the king bed and there was plenty of closet space. A very safe area about a 5 minute walk from Lido Beach and less than a 15 minute walk to St. Armands Circle which was a great place to shop, eat and have a few drinks. This was our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience from start to finish!!

Disappointed

Property was very worn. The bedding, linens and towels all needed to be replaced. The leather/vinyl couch was peeling. The unit was very dark because it got very little sunlight. A fresh light coat of paint would have brightened the unit up. Basics like tissue, hand soap, and sponges would have been nice. Great location but this unit compared to others I have seen in this complex needs to updated in every way from furniture , kitchen, bathroom and keyless entry.

very fun trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. It is a block walk from the beach and about a block and a half to the public beach with bathrooms, pool, snackbar, and free parking. The pool is a fee of $2 per person. The condo was very quiet , well equipped, and clean. There was even beach toys for the kids and beach chairs and umbrellas one could borrow, if needed. The condo was nicely furnished, and not too cluttered with knick knacks. This was great for us since we have 3 small children. I wasn't running around after them telling them not to touch things for fear of them breaking something. There was no wi-fi in this unit, and we didn't know until we got there that there was a fee for the pool. The grocery store was about a 10 minute drive away. However, you could eat out every meal at St. Armands if you like and that is just about a 15 minute walk away. It was very easy to find and convenient to downtown Sarasota. We only communicated with the rental company by email.

In an effort to keep our rental prices low, we do not automatically provide interenet access. However, it is available upon request for a fee.

This is a great location. Easy to get around the Key, go downtown or over to Longboat Key. One of my favorite things in the morning was to walk up to the coffee shop inside Lido Beach Resort. We had bikes but everything was walking distance too. St. Armand’s Circle is fun to shop, have dinner and ice cream. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Had a great refrigerator and stove if not wanting to eat out everyday. Washer and dryer easy access and fairly priced. Just be sure to bring your own quarters, those are hard to find on the Key. I would book this place again for sure.
