SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE !!! MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW !!!

So Close to the beach, you feel as though you can touch the water from your living room! Just updated in April 2022 with fresh paint and decor. This 2nd floor, NON-SMOKING, condo has breathtaking views from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen. Our 1100 sq ft condo has a king bed in master, and queen in guest bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper. Two full bathrooms (one with a tiled walk-in shower !) and full size washer and dryer. At present, the parking is Complimentary at no charge for up to 2 vehicles. If the Homeowners Association changes to paid parking, I will need to collect at that time. Nice large pool with partially covered areas with picnic tables and a grill.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The location for us was great. The unit itself needs some love. I know it has changed management so I’m sure as new managers are involved it should get a once over. We had to clean the furniture as we couldn’t even sit on it! (should be replaced) the ceiling fans, the bedspreads, the rugs etc. We had to replace light bulbs etc. The unit needs curtains installed on the front windows as otherwise you are in a fishbowl at night, anyone can look right in! We would look at renting here again if the above is resolved.

Our family of 5 had the best stay! The condo was perfect and right on the beach which is perfect for our young family! Kids loved the pool and mom and dad loved the morning coffee views! We will definitely stay again!

Nice unit on the beach with wonderful views! Loved the enclosed sun room - great spot to relax and enjoy the beach sights. Common areas on the property were cleaned daily - well kept up.
