Located on the East side of building with view of the ocean from the covered balcony. It has a very beachy decor. Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the sofa sleeper is also Queen size. Smart tv’s with Netflix are in the living room and spare bedroom.
The complex is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 4 pools (1 heated, 1 kiddie) with bathrooms nearby. A snack bar is open during the summer months that serves a wide variety of snacks, from burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, candy, soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up and available for rent on the beach, or you can bring your own. There is a place to wash the sand off when returning from the beach. The pool area has 3 gazebos providing shade for those who want to be out of the sun while watching their children in the pools or enjoying a picnic lunch. There is also a charcoal grill, picnic tables, shuffleboard and a tennis court on the property.

Orange Beach is a centrally located area that is near several championship golf courses, as well as miniature golf, zoo, amusement parks, water park, outlet mall and an amphitheater at the Wharf that hosts many big name concerts. The Fort Morgan Historical site is nearby with a ferry that takes you to Dauphin Island. There are many great dining options at every price point. It's just a 45 minute drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Base, home of the Blue Angels. Come and see all the area has to offer.

The deposit of $150 is NON REFUNDABLE . The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to renting. If the rental is cancelled before the 30 day mark you will receive a full refund minus the $150 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If the rental is cancelled after the 30 day mark you will forfeit the full rental. There is a parking fee of $35 CASH per vehicle due when you arrive.
