Cette grande location Gulf Shores offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette location de vacances de deux chambres Ă  coucher, 2 salles de bains Southern Sands est Ă  seulement 1/4 mile de l'autoroute 59, et est Ă  distance de marche de toutes les principales activitĂ©s de Gulf Shores. Il vient d'ĂȘtre remodelĂ© et vient d'ĂȘtre ouvert aux locataires !!! Ce condo a une trĂšs faible densitĂ© avec seulement 18 unitĂ©s. Il est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et comprend une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les appareils modernes. Il y a un grand salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et un magnĂ©toscope. La dĂ©tente est facile dans le salon avec son balcon privĂ© donnant sur le golfe et la piscine. J'ai vraiment besoin de venir vous amuser ici. Nous n'avons qu'une seule rĂšgle: DĂ©tendez-vous, dĂ©tendez-vous et profitez

Absolutely beautiful space. Clean and well stocked of necessities and extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry is not in the unit, it is coined across the hallway- so that is one thing to know. But otherwise a great view of the ocean and so close to all the restaurants and stores!! We would stay here again!

Good location

There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get much sleep on our trip, because both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable. However, over all we enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING

The listing doesn’t even do this Condo, location justice! Clean, very family friendly, the location was perfect, the pool was clean and very kid friendly, from the pool to walking straight on the beach. Highly recommend!

Very nice

We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was clean and well-appointed. My only disappointment was that the laundry was not in the unit but was a separate location (although close) and you had to pay for use of the washers and dryers. That was not clear in the listing. Other than that, we would book again!

Great location so close to the beach. A walkway to the beach would be a little beneficial but you make it work! Check in and contacting the owners was all convenient!

Great location, right on the beach, great view of the beach from the living room!!!! Place was clean-clean-clean!!! Within walking distance to the Shrimp Fest and The Handout, and many other eating places!!!

Great property and location!

The property was just as advertised! The location was close to stores and places to eat. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning, and in the evenings, and hear the waves crashing. It was a short walk down to the sand and the section in front of the building was not nearly as crowded as other locations. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Gulf Shores!

Weekend away

We are from Kentucky and had no idea anything about the area and started looking and saw these condos and right away all agreed we would stay! We where very pleased about our whole experience! I had to contact the property owner about Wi-Fi and he connected me right back, which was absolutely amazing! Will stay here again

Enjoyed our stay

Our family had a nice time staying at the condo, thanks for accomodating our last minute request for rental. The condo was spacious and in great condition, stocked kitchen and nicely decorated- actually it was nicer than the pictures show. We liked that it was a smaller condo complex with ample parking and quick access to Hwy 59. We thought this condo was an incredible value!

Lots of room

It was great. Great location. Lots of space. 2 bathrooms! It was a little hard to find. Maps takes you to a condo down the road but we found it.

Gulf shores end of June

The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the location and that there was enough seating for our party. Easy covered parking, ocean view of balcony, and kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We all had a wonderful stay and the small restaurant across the street was very good. We thought the beach would be crazy busy during this week leading into the Fourth of July, but it was awesome. Great property!
