Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Escape to sunny New Smyrna Beach and enjoy this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo. Palm House 1B is a spectacular ground-floor unit featuring breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and pool. Perfect for those traveling with children; one of the best features of 1B is the private entrance off the ocean view lanai offering easy access to the pool area and beach walkover.

The perfectly appointed living room features a leather sofa, loveseat, cozy chair, flat screen TV, DVD, views of the ocean, and sliders to the private lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside dish. Meals with a view of the ocean can be enjoyed in the dining room features seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter.

The oceanfront master suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and sliders to the oceanfront lanai and is separate from the other 2 bedrooms giving you privacy from your guests. The private master bath features his/her sinks and a shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom 2 twins. Located in the hall, the 2nd bath features a walk-in shower making it easy to wash the sand from your toes.

Offering all the comforts of home Palm House 1B features free WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and tile throughout, and all linens are supplied.

LIMITED PARKING (1 CAR PER UNIT DURING THE BUSY SEASON) ADDITIONAL PARKING ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

The Palm House is an oceanfront complex featuring 14 units with two units per floor. A private beach walk over takes you to the white sandy beach and refreshing ocean waters. The oceanfront pool deck features plenty of seating with a paved pool deck and handicap access. A picnic area, bar-b-que station, and outside shower are also available for use.

Clean, comfortable, well furnished, perfect spot! Loved the kitchen, it was better furnished than any other place we have rented over the years. Have no complaints whatsoever.

Exactly what we needed

We were traveling with my teenage children and elderly mother and this condo was literally perfect for us. Located on the first floor, she didn’t have to deal with steps or elevators, we were even able to use the ramp to get her to the pool! And just one house away there was wheelchair access to the beach so that was a great addition! The condo is quite small, but we knew that from reading the description and it didn’t bother us at all. Great location and great condo!

New Smyrna Beach Christmas vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was comfortable and cozy with a nice patio by the pool deck and easy beach access. The location was convenient. The hot water heater is only 35 gallons which meant showers had to be staggered, but that did not pose much of an inconvenience. The bedroom with two twin beds was a bit tight for two adults, but again, that did not diminish our overall very positive experience.

Nice condo in a great location.

Nice condo in a great location.. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of storage. We had to clean the patio and steps to the pool when we got there. The master bedroom doesn't have accessible outlets. We had a hard time finding the outlet in the master bathroom. I will give you a hint. The bathroom is picture perfect once you find it.😁

Nice but with some problems

Overall, we ended up having a good vacation. Here are some problems we had. 1.) When we got there on Saturday, the guest bathroom commode had run over from the tank. There was water in the bedroom with the bunk beds. After the bathroom was used, that's when we found out where the water came from. A maintenance man came out and fixed it. 2.) On Sunday, my husband got locked into the master bedroom. The door knob quit working. Thank goodness there was a sliding glass doors coming out the master onto the deck and sliding glass doors going from the deck into the living room. The maintenance man came back, took the knob off and brought another one on Monday. 3.) The overall size of the condo was smaller than the pictures portrayed. If two people are in the kitchen, you run into each other. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker. When you pull out the drawer for silverware, it rubs on the stove handle. Overall, we ended up having a good vacation when all the little problems were worked out. It was great being so close to the pool and where you go down to the beach.
