Wow... newly renovated Direct Oceanfront Beachhouse!!

We bought this great beachhouse and spent 5 1/2 months renovating. This fantastic oceanfront beachhouse is as close as you can get to the ocean on a private no-drive beach. Huge oceanfront deck and also a "Sunset Deck" on west side with unobstructed view as far as the eye can see! Vacant lot next door and no houses to the west (protected land) for great privacy. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms have ocean views! LED big screen smart tv's in all rooms. Fireplace (electric insert). 2 full kitchens and 2 living rms. Downstairs is connected via outside stairs providing extra privacy. A portion of every booking is donated to sea turtle research & protection. Enjoy!

Sunsets & Sunrises: You will see the most beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic ocean and a clear unobstructed view of sunsets over the Indian River. Just an awesome east and west view from the beachouse.

Such a beautiful beach escape! Ocean views from almost every room and dolphins gave us a show every morning while we sipped our coffee on the deck. Cozy, peaceful, and unforgettable.

This is a beautiful home directly on the ocean and was perfect for our large family of 10. Raymond the owner was very helpful. We are so thankful that we were able to get to stay here. We all agreed we give the Home a 10.

The house was cute and clean, and I felt a great value for 5 bedrooms ocean front. The bunk bedroom can barely be called a room but it served its purpose. The kitchen is small but well stocked and neatly organized. The living room was spacious and furniture was very comfortable. The biggest negative was you had to go outside to access the lower level. This could be a positive in that it provided privacy. Nice laundry both upstairs and down. Good amount of parking.

On the beach

This house is directly on the Atlantic ocean. Great views. We arrived for the worst winter weather in Florida since 1955. Not the house's fault. Perfect location for beach weather. Very quiet on a dead end road.

Great Location and House

Amazing location and house on secluded, non-driving portion of the beach. The deck is absolutely amazing with tons of space ... you will spend most of your time there! Plenty of room for everybody to stay, however, the downstairs is a completely separate suite so you do have to go outside and enter into a different door for access (pictures made it look like it might have a stairwell inside with access). That makes it perfect for groups who are in different families and may want to have separate living/sleeping spaces with separate kitchen, bathroom, living area, etc. Highly recommend!

Amazing beach house!

This house has been beautifully renovated, sits right on the beach, and fully equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen specially had everything we needed to bake, make pizzas, and cook some wonderful family dinners. The neighborhood was amazing and very clean. We spent most of our time on the beach but also went on bike rides (2 bikes provided) and explored the neighboring areas. The house could use a little better up-keeping but other than that we were very very happy with our stay. We will very likely try to rent it again!

Great family vacation destination

Sea Turtle House is a clean, newly remodeled and tastefully furnished home right on the beach. There are 4 bedrooms, but only one is on the main living area. Another is on an upper level accessed via a narrow interior staircase, and the other two are in a separate lower level reached only by going outside and down stairs. The total square footage is fine, but when everyone gathers in the kitchen/dining area, things get very tight. There were plenty of linens and towels, beach chairs and bicyles. The beautiful deck was nicely furnished with new chairs.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We looked at this property and thought "what a gem", right on top of the ocean and to the west no houses with an unobstructed view as far as the eye can see. They don't make this anymore. We rolled up our sleeves and renovated for 5 1/2 months. We think you will enjoy this great beachhouse!
