Grand Champions #168 is a one-bedroom two-bath luxury villa with amazing golf course and ocean views. The unit is located on the 7th fairway of the the Wailea Blue Golf Course and with views of the ocean and island of Lanai and West Maui Mountains in the distance. The sunset views are amazing!

This is a corner upstairs villa with vaulted ceilings and extra windows with lots of light and gorgeous views. It has been upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, top-of-the line appliances, new air conditioning units, top-of-the line hotel mattress, and Tommy Bahama style furniture. Simply the best of everything!

For the comfort of our guests the unit is designated non-smoking.

The Grand Champions is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. The property is built on a 12 acre lot bordered by Wailea Blue Golf Course and Tennis Club. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. The two-story buildings with classic architectural lines are set in an exclusive country club atmosphere. Two heated swimming pools are surrounded by sundecks and hot tubs.

The condo was perfect. I’m sure not everyone will use it for this but it was a great location where we could actually walk to The Shops and it was also close to the Marriott Wailea resort. We parked our car in shops parking lot and walked right into the Marriott resort where we met up with other family members . Great location, accommodations were perfect and very quiet

Brian made it super easy and accommodated my needs by having the unit ready well before check in. The unit was very clean with a beautiful view of the second hole fairway with the ocean in the background. We left the windows open for the fresh air and enjoyed the birds singing. The locations was great, the rental car is down the street. Great mall and restaurants all within walking distance including the golf course. If we go back we will definitely stay in this unit again.

This is a very nice Condo, exactly as listed, Its super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful location close to restaurants, shopping and walking trails. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony.Our host Brian was very kind and quick to answer any questions we had.

We loved our stay at Wailea Grand Champions.The location was perfect for us, the complex is quiet and relaxed and within walking distance of several shopping plazas and restaurants. We really enjoyed late afternoon swims in the quiet pool and chatting with other guests who were using the community BBQs.The unit itself was comfortable and well-appointed and the owners were very easy to communicate with and were eager to do whatever they could to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We really appreciated the provided beach chairs, cooler and umbrella which we used several times for snorkelling trips. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen had everything you need, there were even ice packs in the freezer for the cooler which was really thoughtful. Catching sunsets on the balcony was one of our favourite parts of staying here. The check in and check out process was great and has been well-planned to ensure it's as easy and smooth as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again for our next Maui holiday and recommend if you're looking for a relaxed spot with excellent amenities.

Brian the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful and kind.The unit is very clean, has everything we needed and was as described on VRBO. It is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a wonderful beachfront multi mile seafront walkway. The unit is somewhat dated and the furniture in the general area is a bit tired.We enjoyed uur stay with you.

Pros: great communication, wonderful location, large space for 3 people is perfect, view is amazing, comfortable bed Cons: not remodeled like ad says, quite outdated actually, handful items slightly broken, furniture very used and cleanliness is not excellent it was very mediocre. Built up grime on shower door and shower head, lots of dead nats on window frame, fridge was not wiped down, carpets need professional cleaning etc. All that said I want to be clear I still enjoyed my stay, but past reviews were misleading. I think the price was good, hosts were very kind, super responsive and they even let us check in early and late checkout since our flight was at night so I am grateful! However I wanted to be transparent on the cleanliness and the fact I do not think any part of condo was recently renovated.

We were in Maui for our nieces wedding. We got to stay the week and had a wonderful time. The accommodations and its location to the events were a big contributor to our experience! The place had all that you needed: pool, a short walk to the resorts and beaches! We overlooked a fairway on the golf course with a view of the marvelous sunsets! Thank you!

Why they chose this property

Wailea is one of the best if not the best resort community in Maui and perhaps in all of Hawaii. Grand Champions is a gorgeous condo complex. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It is like a botanical garden. Two swimming pools and the hot tub is a source of fun all day. Grand Champions is a short walk away from some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Nearby luxury hotels, spas, shopping, tennis, and golf is an added bonus.

What makes this property unique

This second-floor unit is furthest away from the main entrance and at the opposite end away from the tennis court activity, consequently, it is very private and quiet. It is right on the golf course. Golf views are stunning. There is also limited ocean views. It is in one of the most desirable buildings in Grand Champions. It is a second floor unit with cathedral ceilings. It is also a corner unit which means that it has windows on three sides. High ceilings and windows make the unit feel bright and open. This one bedroom design is known to be the most desirable layout in Grand Champions. The unit has been totally remodeled recently. Some of our guests have called this unit "inspiring."
