Estamos muy emocionados de ofrecer esta cabaña a cualquiera que busque una estadía excepcional durante sus vacaciones. Hemos tenido y administrado nuestra otra casa durante 4 años. Nos encanta hospedar y nos encanta brindarle a nuestros huéspedes las mejores vacaciones. Esta casa está destinada a huéspedes "maduros" que buscan una casa llena de amor.

This cottage is exactly as pictured and more. It is in a great location, spotless, beautifully decorated, close to the beach and Dowdy Park (pickle ball court)! The host was a great communicator and very thoughtful. Our favorite part of the house was the deck as it was not only covered, but also sheltered by pine trees. It was like a treetop escape. Thank you Amanda for a wonderful week. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect for a family

We had such a wonderful time here. The house was perfect—the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and multiple types of coffee makers for the coffee lovers. There was a high chair for our infant, as well as a pack and play. So many games too, which would be great for families with kids! The best part was that all the beach items were provided: beach cart, umbrella, and chairs. It made getting to the beach so easy, and it’s only a short walk away! The gated balcony was perfect for the dogs and baby. We loved it here, and will definitely come back to this property!

A very nice property

It’s a very nice property in a good location. It’s close to the beach, stores, and interesting sites. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I also liked the fact that Amanda kept in touch to make sure that everything was going well. We had a great time. I have only two criticisms. The kitchen window and sliding glass door in front of the house did not have curtains. This affected our privacy especially at night. Also, there is no kitchen table. Therefore, we used the center island in the kitchen area for eating and it was where I set up my computer.

Nicely decorated, well equipped, convenient location

The home was clean, well equipped kitchen, and location was close for shopping, sightseeing, beach and restaurants. Hosts were great at communicating and left us plenty of supplies for our stay and some welcoming treats! Thank you Amanda!

Vacation with a toddler and 2 dogs couldn't have gone better! Outdoor shower and the toys provided were amazing. Sweet serenity was super clean and cozy - we felt right at home. As first timers, we really enjoyed Amanda's long list of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Summer Vacation

Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect vacation! The house was even better than the pictures - it was clean,comfortable, and an easy walk on the beach. the little extra touches like fresh flowers, music playing when we arrived and wine in the fridge were amazing! The front porch was perfect for lazy mornings with coffee from next door and evening sunsets.

Super cute cottage

It was cold and windy and not quite beach weather while we stayed at Nags Head. This cottage was cozy and aesthetically adorable and made us feel at home as we stayed cozy. Great porch for the dog to hang out in and lovely kitchen! LOVED the outdoor shower even though it was a bit chilly I stilled showered in it! Really REALLY close to a lovely coffee place and several 4*+ restaurants and the quickest 5 minute walk to the beach. Amanda was lovely and gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do. We had a lovely time and definitely recommend.

Bright Spot During a Rainy Week

The house was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Comfortable, clean, and new... the house was our bright spot during a rainy week. The kitchen if fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a full meal or just snacks and drinks. Close to everything. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Owner very responsive and great to work with as we planned for our stay.

Sweet Serenity

We just had a wonderful week in Nags Head, staying at Sweet Serenity. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, stylish and well-appointed. The location is very convenient, with the beach, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. There's a bit of road noise, but after a short while we didn't really notice it. We would definitely stay here again.

Amanda was an amazing host for this property, super clean, very up to date, kitchen was immaculate and the outdoor shower was to die for, perfect location for being in walking distance to the beach and just a short trip to all amenities needed

Beautiful home and welcoming owners

This was our first visit to the OBX area so we used this opportunity to explore the entire area. Walking over to the coffee shop next door was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is just off of a busy street so there were tons of activities and places to visit. The owner Amanda was incredibly welcoming and communicative. We loved our visit!

We loved our stay! Conveniently located, thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities you need, we will definitely stay again the next time we visit Nags Head. Amanda is a really great and accommodating host. Highly recommend visiting the dunes at Jockey Ridge State Park.

Relaxing Retreat

Sweet Serenity Pre 4th of July Stay

We stayed at Sweet Serenity the week before July 4th and what an impeccable and perfect way to kick off the Summer Season! My husband and I and our two pups enjoyed an amazing stay and cannot thank Amanda and Adam enough for such wonderful hospitality!! Amanda was very responsive the entire week, and entering the home we were greeted with fresh flowers, music playing and the sweetest welcome note and gift (thank you!!)! The attention to detail was incredible as well as the decor in the house! The house is just a quick 0.3-mile walk to Baltic Rd beach access and thank goodness for the beach buggy supplied- helps you with only one quick trip for all of your beach neccessities. Everything was beautiful - including the weather! We enjoyed the beach and sunrises almost daily and enjoyed time at Jockey's Ridge and the Kitty Hawk kite store! I am a runner myself and enjoyed some early morning runs on VA Dare Trail without it being too crowded. This was the vacation that my husband and I have been waiting for from having our honeymoon cancelled and countless others due to hurricanes/COVID, so thank you thank you so much for a wonderful week Amanda and Adam!

Gorgeous house and awesome location

My husband, mother-in-law and I came to stay and had a great time! Amanda was super helpful and communicative and the house was beautiful, comfortable, and had excellent amenities. The kitchen came well equipped (we made breakfast there every morning,) the bathrooms had little emergency supplies, and the beach gear came in super handy. The best part was the location. We were minutes from everything we wanted to see and do and the beach access was so convenient. We'd 100% stay here again!

Adam and I (Amanda) live in Chesapeake, VA with our 2 sons, Spencer (14) + Parker (12) . We have always dreamed of owning a beach home and in 2016 our dreams came true! When we purchased our 3 bedroom cottage, Carolina Dreaming in 2016 we never imagined the pure joy that being host would bring to our family. In 2019 we purchased our 2 bedroom cottage, Sweet Serenity. In 2025, we purchased our first property in South Nags Head, Permanent Vacation. We say this all of the time but we have been truly blessed with absolutely amazing guest who have stayed at our cottage!

Adam's love of real estate and Amanda's passion for antiquing and interior decorating, make us perfect duo to manage a vacation rental home.

From the minute we stepped into this cottage, "Sweet Serenity" we fell in love - despite the dated bathrooms, wood paneled walls, popcorn ceilings and no overhead lighting (only lamps). We instantly saw the potential that this home had and with the right amount of love we saw the memories that could be made in this cottage!

This cottage is located directly behind the gardens of our favorite coffee shop, Morningview Coffee. We love getting a cup of coffee and sitting on the front deck!
