Welcome to your perfect Fire Island getaway—just steps from the beach and tucked away off Surf Road in a private location bordering Ocean Beach and Corneille Estates.

This spacious, elevated home offers the ultimate beach retreat with three beautiful outdoor spaces: a front deck, a large back deck on the main level, and a stunning rooftop deck with panoramic views of both the ocean and bay. From the rooftop, you can even catch a glimpse of the Fire Island Lighthouse—perfect for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.

Inside, the home features an open-concept living and dining area designed for comfort and gathering. The living room includes three sofas, Smart TV with access to Fire Stick and FUBO Live TV; WiFi—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and includes a convenient breakfast bar that opens to the living space.

The main level includes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath, along with easy access to both decks. The back deck is perfect for entertaining, complete with lounge chairs, a dining table and Weber BBQ grill.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large additional bedroom with four beds and a half bath. Thanks to the home’s elevated design, this space is surrounded by windows on three sides, offering incredible natural light and scenic views.

On the ground level (access from back deck), enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower with a separate changing room—perfect after a day on the sand.

Weekend: Friday check-in at 3 PM | Sunday check-out at 3 PM

We had such a great stay here. The host made everything super easy and the communication was top notch. There was plenty of room inside and outside of the house. No one was on top of each other. And the location to the beach was superb! Overall, we loved it!

House was perfect for a large group. Location is a few houses from the beach and an easy walk to town. The deck was perfect for an at home bbq and the rooftop deck has an awesome view. The host was easy to contact and even allowed us access to their wagon. Would absolutely stay again!

This house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 9 adults and 4 kids between 1 and 5. Plenty of space for everyone. Fully furnished kitchen, nice large dining table we could squeeze all 13 of us around. About 1/2 mile walk from town but very close to beach.

Fabulous resort-style getaway

Nice beach rental with many nice features

This was a house we stayed in with friends during a Fire Island wedding weekend. Location was great--very close to the beach. (Very hard to find the house on arrival though.). The house was clean, fairly modern, well appointed. Air conditioning was a plus. Beds were pretty comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were dated but clean and fully functional. Decks were great. Outdoor shower looked recently done and was luxurious. Very strange towel policy-- we were required to bring our own beach and bath towels. Having to bring along two full sized towels per person made packing difficult. At this price point, towels simply should be provided. All in all, a very nice and well located house for a beach stay. Price a bit high for the quality of the property, but I suppose that's the going rate on Ocean Beach.

Fun house

Great, spacious house for 2 families with teenagers. Enough bathrooms- no need to fight over or wait for your turn. AC units in each room were working - very much needed equipment in this heat. Huge deck to hang out after the day at the beach. Roof top deck- the best feature of the house! Definitely going back next summer.
