The Space:
Soft morning light spills across the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain as you sip your first coffee on the private patio. The crisp alpine air carries the sound of skis carving the snow nearby, a quiet rhythm that defines this slopeside escape. After a day on the mountain, you can unwind by the fireplace or soak beneath the stars in one of the hot tubs, the glow of the pool below reflecting the night sky.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a peaceful retreat just steps from the mountain. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, along with access to a private patio for quiet moments outdoors. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and easy access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided for your comfort.

Living spaces
The open-concept living room invites you to settle into soft seating and enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace after a day on the slopes. Large windows and vaulted ceilings fill the space with natural light, creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere. A television and dedicated workspace make it easy to balance relaxation with convenience, whether you're streaming your favorite shows or catching up on work.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-style meals, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. Gather around the dining table for six or step outside to the patio to grill on the BBQ while enjoying poolside views. Essentials like cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided so you can focus on savoring your time together.

Outdoor living & shared amenities
Located within the Aspens complex, this condo offers ski-in/ski-out access (weather permitting), giving you direct connection to Whistler’s alpine terrain. After a day in the snow, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool or unwind in one of the shared hot tubs. Guests also have access to a gym, ski and bike storage, and a ski rental shop with storage valet. The building includes an elevator and coin-operated laundry facilities for added convenience.

Parking & access
You’ll find a paid parking garage on site with one available space, as well as free street parking nearby. Entry is seamless with a smart lock for self check-in, and the single-level layout ensures easy access throughout.

Set at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, this slopeside location offers a peaceful balance of mountain energy and village charm. A free shuttle or 10-minute walk connects you to Whistler’s Upper Village, where cafés, restaurants, and après-ski spots create the perfect end to a winter day. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services.

The Neighborhood:
The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.

Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run
• 5-minute walk to Upper Village Stroll
• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 13-minute walk to Fairmont golf course
• 22-minute walk or 6-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• 5-minute drive away from Fresh Street Market (grocery store)
• Free Village Shuttle: A 2-minute walk down the complex road, turn right onto Spearhead Drive, the bus stop will be on the left going downhill

Other Things to Note:
• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Excellent location

My two kids and I had an amazing trip in Whistler and enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, quiet nights and just a 15-20 min walk to the village. Easy check in and during summer there is street parking nearby. I’d probably recommend

The condo was just like the photos! Kitchen was well done equipped. Super comfy beds and nice clean bathrooms. The location was close to the everything. Having garage parking onsite was a convenience! We would definitely stay here again!

Super location!

This condo was just as pictured! Nice very clean accommodations. The beds were super comfy too!! Having underground parking was very convenient. Will definitely return here on next whistler vacation.

Great Summer Spot

Had a great stay here. The location was great, a short bike to town, lakes, etc. The pool was also a hit with the family. It was a bit hot in the evenings, being on the top floor without A/C. But the unit had several fans so was ok.

Beautiful Spot

Wonderful condo. Beautiful view of the entire courtyard. Well equipped kitchen and the vaulted ceilings make the area feel large. Only thing I would say it needs is some A/C. It was low 90s out (hottest days of the year) and the afternoon sun baked us.

Great Stay!

Great stay! Exactly as shown. Perfect location and loved being able to take the short walk down to the Village. Very clean and nicely equipped. Whistler Platinum was great to deal with and they make check-in a breeze with the email instructions and codes etc. I would stay again (family of four).

Genuine comfort in prime location

Perfectly clean and comfortable unit. There was plenty of space for family of four. Onsite parking, great pools and hot tubs. Lots of owners/longer term renters. Extremely responsive and accommodating management. Would have been incredible mid-season skiing out to Blackcomb - even late season lots of dining options within walking distance and easy to get to Whistler Village.

Solid ski-in/out stay

Enjoyed our ski week at Blackcomb in this Aspens unit. Clean, comfortable, gated access right onto the hill. Far enough from the 3 hot tubs to be quiet enough in the evening. Galley kitchen tight but works for two. Used the common laundry facilities and parking was easy (at extra cost).

Great Spot to Stay When Skiing at Whistler

You get a code and go straight to your room without having to do any checkin. There’s lots of parking in an underground lot. The place is about 100 yards up the slope from the Blackcomb gondola, so it’s almost as convenient as it gets. There’s a complimentary ski valet on the property. We could walk to restaurants at night. Nice rooms and living room. Exactly what we wanted.

Wonderful weekend

We had a fantastic time in Whistler The condo is perfectly situated to give you privacy from all the noise of the village but close enough to still enjoy all the hustle and bustle. Loved the heated pool and hottubs.

Perfect summer stay in Whistler

We really enjoyed our week in this perfect condo. It was immaculately clean. The photos of the property and the unit were exact so we arrived and saw what we’d been expecting. The location is great in the upper village, quiet but still close to everything. We were having trouble working one of the tv’s in the bedroom and the response from the property manager was prompt and it was resolved straight away. We loved swimming in the pool and it was also very clean and so refreshing on those hot summer days. We will definitely be back and this unit is where we will stay. We loved the high ceilings, comfortable bed and the Sonos music player. Perfect getaway!!!

The Aspens - Fantastic Location

We had a great stay at The Aspens. With a convenient location that allowed us a short walk to the base at Blackcomb and a little further stroll to Whistler Village, we logged 50+ miles of walks and hikes to Lost Lake, Green Lake, Alta Lake and dinner in Whistler Village. We were in Whistler for the EWS80 race which coincided with Crankworx, which added a level of excitement to our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the perfect location for our family. We used the pools & hot tubs + the bike cage.

Fabulous location

Aspens is in a fabulous location, perfect for family with teenage children. The apartment was way bigger than those you get in ski resorts in Europe and well equipped to make life easier. If we could suggest something to enhance the property it would be to have heated towel rails in the bathrooms to help dry out swim and ski gear. If we could suggest something to enhance the service of Whistler Platinum it would have been really helpful to know about the booking of lift passes pre departure to make use of online discounts.
