The place was clean and very accommodating! All the amenities were awesome and my 6 year old especially loved the mini golf and arcade! Matt was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed prior to my stay. I will certainly come back here!

The rooms were perfect for us being on the first floor with a pond behind. My great granddaughter loved seeing the ducks each morning. Rooms were clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Older timeshare resort that is showing it's age. 2 smaller pools, one adults only that were wall to wall with people. Seemed way too small for the size of the resort. Appliances in kitchen and bathroom fixtures all older, close to needing to be replaced. Tubs didn't drain and sliding door handle came off in my hand. Safe malfunctioned and we couldn't unlock until maintenance came. Maintenance was pretty responsive though. Timeshare tour is described as part of your "experience" and aggressively attempted to be scheduled when you check in.

This was perfect for our family of 5. So much space! One bedroom/bath with kitchen and living room for us and adjoining two bedroom/2 bath with kitchen and living room for our 3 sons. Fun amenities with free game room and mini golf and great location.

The room was exactly as described and even had paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and coffee filters provided. I appreciated the recycling bag too. Check-in took a long time since everyone checked in at 4pm so there were long lines plus each non-member needs to go to two separate desks. Thankfully the host recommended that we say a polite but strong no to the sales pitches. Overall recommend this property!

We booked this facility a few months ago were all ready to go only to get a message a few weeks before our trip saying the place was "overbooked." We ended up having to find and book another location but it ended up being this same place!? It was just listed under a different host.The pictures listed were not the exact representation of the room we stayed in. Our "third" bedroom was actually in a connecting room. It had it's own bathroom, living space, and a "micro" kitchen. The outside pool was very warm. Enjoyed the game room even though it had a bit of a smell. Lots of chairs to sit at if you wanted to relax by the pool with a drink from the outside/poolside bar or some food from the onsite restaurant.We had to contact the property for a freezer/fridge issue we had. They were prompt about fixing it or giving us updates. At check-in employees were friendly & knowledgable. We were offered discounted tickets to the parks but would've had to attend a 1-2 hr long presentation. We declined & the next day they did call a few times. However, they didn't overwhelm us about attending.Overall, the place was in pretty well condition. It accommodated all of us. I'd be comfortable booking there again.
