Our entire experience was amazing! The actual address was not correct on the map in the listing but Michelle immediately informed us of that when we inquired about the listing . Even with a bit of a drive to Universal Studios, this was absolutely perfect for our family 'sneeds and we couldnt have asked for better communication. Michelle was the most responsive of anyone I have ever tried to stay with. The hot tub and pool were perfect temperatures and allowed for maximum fun and relaxation for everyone!

The only issue i had was how small the TVs were in the rooms. Other then that I would definitely rent from her again. The house was amazing and very clean.

Relaxing in Orlando

Good bang for your buck!

My family and I rented this home for our annual family gathering. The home was clean and fully stocked. The communication from the owner/property manager was great. This home is a good bang for your buck!

Nice House in a Great Location.

This house is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The owner was attentive and maintained contact with us. Furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good and we had plenty of hot water. The house is on a very quiet street but apparently has several vacation rental homes. The pool is nice and the lanai is in good shape. There are many popular restaurants and stores near by.

Great value, very spacious for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and host communicated throughout our stay as needed. The location on Vrbo's map is incorrect but the host did clarify this with us before booking, and the correct location is given in the description. Description of what is provided is very accurate.

The host Michelle is wonderful. She clearly communicated throughout the whole process. She accommodated several special requests pleasantly. The house was clean and large. Plenty of room for our large family gathering, just as listed. We found plenty of dining options in the Davenport location and easy access to grocery store. There were several things that could have been better. * Towel supply is very sparse. Host is aware and I’m sure will correct this for the future. * The pots and pans are very basic and generally in bad shape.  No baking dishes. If you’re planning to eat out or bring in take out it has all you will need. If you’re planning to cook for a large group you will likely be disappointed.  * no ice trays to make ice * The game room is in bad shape. Pool table is dirty and completely out of level. Foosball table in bad shape with missing pieces. Overall we had a great stay. The house is basic but a very good value for the price.

Ill start off with the cons.the house is NOT in Orlando as listed. Its in Davenport . There really isn't much to do there. The Pros.the house is beautiful and has lots of room. The pool is really. The hot tub has sostrong
