Quaint two bedroom within walking distance to state capital and DKR - great for a long weekend. Easy check in, simple check out. Nice stay overall.

EXCELLENT location. Host communication also excellent. Furniture and fixtures a little fragile, wouldn't recommend for small children. Parking is tricky for extra large vehicles.

If you are looking for an option besides a hotel in Austin this is a good choice. Being a 2/1 with kitchen and living room, you have pace to move about. The neighborhood is quiet/transitional area. East Austin has a lot of good eateries, bars, dessert spots - really anything you want. I was pleasantly surprised actually, as I have always stayed mostly on the west side of 35. We were attending Moody Center for a couple shows, so it worked out perfectly for us.Easy to get to Zilker Park, Town Lake, and travel up to the Domain on the north side. The house is older, but redone nicely. Having parking inside a gate in the back of the house was nice, but a bit of a challenge space wise. Parking on the street was easy, and always felt safe. The double beds in the rooms were cumfy and it was quiet ! Wonderful hot water for showers and a large TV for watching your favorite spots/shows. We did have an issue upon check in with the lock combos but management company replied quickly and we were able to access in a reasonable amount of time. Only ding would be minor on housekeeping. This is not a 5star hotel but it is a great little spot if you need some room for a couple folks to have some space, some coffee, and doing things local. It’s close to everything. I would stay there again.

Convenient location, very walkable to Moody Center and Food Trucks nearby. House was clean. I’d call this the IKEA house. Looks nice but poor quality and it’s showing. Beds are Full size so fairly small, noticed others had same issues with door code, back door code doesn’t work and was given wrong code to front door but a phone call and text later it was corrected. Overall a nice stay but pricy

This was a great property to stay in! Very peaceful location and close to downtown. Hosts were very quick to respond with any questions I had during our stay.

Race weekend in Austin

Can’t say enough great things about this house! Location, size, and amenities were all fantastic. They even had a first aid kit which was so helpful after scraping my knee up.

Small House near UT / Moody Center - Austin

Very nicely updated small house with lots of character. Good location near the Moody Center as we stayed there for a concert on a weekday. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen. Very cute little house.

Stylish Home in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Olander very much! The house is VERY clean and comfortable. The bathroom was appointed with the basics which is nice if you forgot shampoo or conditioner. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to our dinner and show and back all in one night. Would definitely stay again!

Short day trip

We went to a concert at moody center and avoided the traffic by being able to walk. It is in the other side of the highway from the venue but very doable. The house was perfect for our short overnight stay. Very comfortable beds.
