Vous et votre famille tombe amoureux de cette belle maison nichée sous un dais d'arbres au nord-ouest isolé Bradenton. Outre les plaisirs d'une maison privée bien équipée, vous serez idéalement situé à certains des meilleurs aménagements extérieurs de la région, y compris les plages de Anna Maria Island, la rivière Manatee au Monument commémoratif de DeSoto, le jardin botanique Palma Sola , des pistes cyclables et le kayak à Robinson Preserve, et un centre de remise en forme et des courts de tennis à proximité GT Bray Park. Quelle combinaison!

Lorsque vous êtes à la maison, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine étincelante, entièrement privée. Bradenton Home

It was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room and a nice pool and yard for the kids to play. The location was great with easy access to Anna Maria Island and Robinson Preserve. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! Great location to AMI, affordable, pool & backyard was wonderful for my youngest. The washer/dryer was convenient. Great kitchen!!! Bathrooms updated and nice as well.

4th of July Week

Location was great, short drive to Anna Maria Island beaches. Backyard was perfect for enjoying burgers/hot dogs on the grill with the pool and gazebo. Made it great for our 4th of July barbecue. House was clean and very comfortable for our large family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Home!

The property was very nice. House was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed the fenced yard too! Relaxing Rereat

Very comfortable, clean and well stocked house. The fenced in backyard with it's pool and swing set was perfect for our dog and visiting family. The location is very convenient to the surrounding areas, grocery and beaches. The property mangers did a great job accommodating our requests during our month long stay.

Great house and location

Great location, everything was as pictured and described! Quiet neighborhood, private yard, close to a lot of beaches- Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Venice, and a short drive from the Tampa airport. The house was clean and comfortable although there was a musty order when you walk in. The fenced in back yard was not properly cared for regarding the landscaping and brush. The pool was supposedly heated, but it was cold. I did not call as I prefer a cool swim, but I was not given the choice to have it heated or not although the information I was provided at check in stated it was an option. Overall it was a nice stay.

My family and I had an amazing time. The only issues that wasn’t really an issue is two of the bedrooms didn’t have a tv in them but it really wasn’t that big of a deal because we spent most of the time at the pool.

Perfect place to get to Anna Maria Island

This property was the perfect place for my husband and I and our 6 teenagers. It had plenty of room for all of us. Everything was clean and the pool was a great place to hang out for the teens. If you can't afford Anna Maria Island this is perfect place to stay. You can be there in 10-15 minutes and it was a great neigborhood to walk in. I highly recommend this place

It's all there

Our group of 10, including a toddler, maxed out the beds but had plenty of space in this very clean and comfortable house. The towel supply was generous and the kitchen supplies were of great quality. The pool and huge yard made our vacation over the top! Location is perfect: close to beach, Bishop Point, Desoto Memorial, Robinson Preserve, shopping...but in a quiet neighborhood. Really great vacation!

Relax and take a break

House had everything needed to enjoy our stay plenty of room for 10 of us of all ages enjoyed the pool the kids loved the swing set the yard was very large and fenced in so no worries about the kids or dog thanks had get time also everything you need was close by publix, restaurants and boat ramps

What a wonderful experience house was very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the AC the owner replaced within 3 days. Could not ask for a better response. I would highly recommend this home to anybody And we look forward to coming back soon.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time at Live Oaks. We had five adults for the duration of our trip and we had my niece and her family fly down and join us for a few days. They loved that there was a pool had a fence that we easily put up to keep their 3 year old safe and that it was easily removed when they left. So that the others could enjoy the pool with out the fence. We had a few issues that where taken care of promptly. The location was nice it was a quiet area which my older parents appreciated. If we come back to the area we would look at staying again. Thanks for a fantastic trip.

Disappointed and Cancelled Future StayThis home needs serious attention. It’s dated, with signs of water damage, loose toilets and toilet seats, and a clogged shower. The dryer broke, the garbage disposal backed up, and the AC couldn’t cool below 75. Kitchen items were worn, and the bedding felt old and thin.The back bathroom was especially neglected—I even replaced the shower curtain myself. When they clean, they need to realize you can see under the furniture; it was dusty and clearly overlooked. That said, the location is fantastic—quiet, convenient, and perfect for families. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and communication with the property company was easy and responsive via text.Overall, it felt like a home listed without proper updates or care.

Live Oak Lodge 2022

GREEN POOL WATER. First-time ever family gathering. Owner has a wonderful property which was inviting and stocked well with kitchen gear, linens, and towels. Unfortunately the outdoor pool which was a key selection feature for us was obviously not ready for us. The water was GREEN! A huge disappointment. Luckily we were located to many options in and around Bradenton. We went to the beach and to a relative’s house which had a properly maintained pool. Property Management fell far short for us. They had all my money weeks before our stay, so they have no excuse. Pool service showed up after I complained but pool water was green for the entire eight days.

Disappointing Property Management

We really enjoyed most of our stay. Very clean and close to beaches, shops and many restaurants! My only issue was trying to get in touch with the property manager prior to our visit and during our visit. Before our visit I had sent an email to find out about certain amenities and the cleaning process due to COVID. Never got a response. Then during our stay the dishwasher stopped working and I reached out to the property manager again with no response. And have yet to hear a word from them. We had 10 people staying with us and it was very disappointing to clean dishes every night while everyone else was relaxing or enjoying the pool.

Loved the roominess of the house.

Had some issues: pool being pond water green( talked to a guy about the pool being green and he assured me that it was supposed to be green and I said that you couldn’t even see the bottom and he again reassured me it was fine.) A little while later the pool man showed up and said he didn’t know we were coming in so soon and didn’t put enough chemicals in. It took about two days for the pool to clear up. Was fine after that. The light and fan didn’t work with the remote in the master bedroom, battery was dead and didn’t want to pay for a battery so we did without. Other lights worked. Was very surprised to see that there is no electrical outlet in the master bathroom.

It is hard to beat such a great location that is so close to everything. The pool surface makes the pool water foggy. I will speak with the pool guy and see what is going on. First time staying here, but hopefully not last. Location to everything was ideal. Loved going to the beach in the mornings, and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Also loved morning walks to De Soto to hike the trails. House has been meticulously cared for, it's clean and well-maintained. Beds are comfortable.

Great place for a family!!

Fantastic place for the family, kids loved the pool. Had a spacious living area and big backyard. We had a plumbing issue and they were very prompt on solving it. Would highly recommend 👌

Holiday in Florida

The Live OAK Lodge exceeded our expectations. It was a great place for a family of 10. It provided just what we needed. Being In November, the pool was a great asset. Fun had by all.
